Welcome to our new beach house Serenity! Serenity - a peaceful place to rest from the hustle and bustle of life. Located in the desirable Roads End area of Lincoln City, Oregon. Two streets from the ocean, offering ocean views, and just a short walk to the beach. Chinook Winds Casino and Safeway are less than a mile away. Also close to the hiking trails to God's Thumb and the Knoll.

Contemporary style newly built 5 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom beach home. Open floor plan concept makes everyone feel connected. To keep you entertained we have a Hot Tub, Shuffleboard, Foosball, X-box, 3 big screen TV’s with cable, WiFi, Fire Pit. Large back yard!

Five Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with one King bed in each; 2 bedrooms with two Queen beds in each; 5th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (full size bed on the bottom, twin on top). Separate bathroom for each bedroom!

Upper Floor - Fully stocked kitchen with island; Dining Room with long table; Great Room; Deck with BBQ grill and outdoor table; balcony with views to the ocean; sitting loft with large view window facing ocean - perfect for the morning coffee time or afternoon read. Two Bedrooms are on this floor: one King and one double Queen.

Ground Floor - Entry with built-in coat rack & sitting bench; Common area with shuffleboard game, TV, couches; King bedroom; double Queen bedroom; Bedroom with bunk beds, foosball, Xbox; Laundry room.

Serenity Beach Rental

This is our second visit to the "Serenity" home and we hope to make it a third time next Christmas.We love the floor plan and the kitchen comes equipped with everything-even items that we're not familiar.Having a bathroom off each bedroom is super convenient.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful family home!

This house is so incredibly laid out for a multi family experience. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom plus and extra half bath. Very large well stocked kitchen with huge table and island for everyone to be able to eat together. Great room has very large sectional couch for everyone to enjoy movie night. Room downstairs for kiddos had bunkbeds, a TV, foosball, and an xbox. Fire pit and jacuzzi in back. Short walk to the beach with some beautiful views from the windows in the living room. This trip was a celebration for multiple families and we commented several times how perfect this house was. Would absolutely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it.

Beautiful - Again!

We love Serenity! Everyone in my family loves it! Luda and Vitali are excellent hosts. The house is gorgeous, and very well maintained. Neither of the recliners in the living room reclined, but most people don't even know they should recline. My wife and I always arrive the day before the rest of the family, and I use the hot tub to relax from the long drive - there was a little sand in the bottom of it, so I guess I'm the only person who makes everyone take a shower before they get in it! There were a couple of little issues that you always expect from living in a house (like smoke detector batteries going out in the middle of the night), but nothing bad at all. This is an excellent property for anyone who wants their large group to be near the beach.

We had 12 family members across 3 generations and the house was fantastic! Everything was clean, working and the online pics didn’t do the house justice. It was spacious and very enjoyable. Host was so fast to respond to my questions I was very impressed. Highly recommend!!

The perfect oasis

My group of 15 women have the most amazing time at Serenity House. This is our favorite place to stay for our women's retreats. It is perfect! Its upscale design and amenities are greatly appreciated and the comfort is beyond expectations. The beds are great! Customer service couldnt be better, any questions we may have are answered immediately. Location is fabulous. There is a family of deer who quietly stroll through the neighborhood and makes the stay even more magical. Thanks, Luda, for offering this amazing house!

This house is great for multiple families! Everyone having their own bathroom was amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting around the island chatting. The large dining room table accommodated us all for dinner. Enjoyed having the different deck options. Walk to beach was easy. Love the location to stores and restaurants.

Fantastic!

Best rental I have had in over 25 years of going to the Oregon Coast! Five Master Bedrooms; four bunk beds for the kids. Well-appointed kitchen. There were inside towels and outside towels. A hose in back for rinsing off the beach sand. Big screen TVs; lots to do, and a short drive to the beach access. We and our kids and our grandkids all LOVED this house.

Great house with lots of room for everyone

Beautiful house. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Backyard hot tub and fire pit were so fun. Big communal table with lots of room (a rare find). Living room couch could fit all 16 of us. Owners were so nice and responded immediately when we had questions. Beach is a bit of a walk away and not easy access for old folks, but otherwise great location. We’ll definitely be back!

I am married to my husband Vitaliy. We have five awesome children. We live in the Pacific Northwest and like to come vacation at our beach homes in Lincoln City, Oregon.

Why they chose this property

We have another beach home in Roads End, called Castle by the Sea, so we chose to built our second beach home in the same area. Roads End is a great area, the beaches are very nice. It is close to hiking trails - God's Thumb and the Knoll.

What makes this property unique

This home was custom designed specifically for the lot it was built on to have the maximum ocean view from the common areas. We also made sure that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which we learned is essential when staying with multiple families. Hot tub is a must in a beach home, since it isn't always warm and sunny at the Oregon coast. Having open area plan and high ceilings makes the home feel spacious.
