Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome in a complex surrounded by gorgeous mountain settings. Spread out on 2 levels, this townhome boasts over 1,500 square feet of space with a large private wrap-around deck with a private hot tub.

The top level has the master bedroom with a king bed, a private master bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Outside of the bedroom is the grand and open living area, kitchen, and dining area. Dramatic 25-foot vaulted ceilings add to the spacious feel of this property.

Downstairs is the second bedroom with the king bed and private bathroom. That is also where the separate laundry room is, with a full-size washer and dryer.

Great stay. Very clean and comfortable for 6 people. The only downside was we couldn't get the shuttle service to pick us up because they were fully booked, and we tried to book as soon as we got checked in.

Beautiful Property
We stayed here for a family getaway for the weekend and this property was perfect for us. It was very clean upon arrival and it had all the features that were important to us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and we used the grill on two of the nights. At many other properties, the grill is very dirty. Not this one. This property is part of a nice and quiet community and that is something we really appreciated. If I am every planning a trip back to Steamboat Springs we will definitely see if this is available.

We stayed here for a work visit and the space was great. The hot tub was a great addition. Check in and out process was easy and it’s on a bus line making commuting around very easy. We had some wifi issues but otherwise the stay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location
The aspens were at their peak and after a day of hiking it was so nice to come back to the condo and relax on the huge deck and enjoy the hot tub. The unit was very clean and with a well-stocked kitchen. And the huge deck was so nice to sit and enjoy the surrounding area.

Magical winter wonderland
We loved everything about this stay! From the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the supplies and spices, to the magnificent hot tub and comfy beds, we wouldn’t have changed a thing! Location is excellent and the shuttle comes right by the front door. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

This townhouse was beautiful! Perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a weekend in Steamboat. The hot tub was perfect and it had everything we needed for a great weekend. Will definitely stay here again!

Good home base for Steamboat ski/riding weekend.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well, and a short walk to nearest free bus stop to the ski resort. There were a handful of maintenance items I had to report, so it wasn’t in perfect order for us, but it was still good overall. The Mountain View from the hot tub was super nice.

Overall, the property was very nice. It was extremely hot the first night and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Thankfully there were fans. The second night was much more comfortable. There was a bunch of blond hair on the shower wall, but other than that, it seemed clean.

Great location and hot tub. Everything was very clean and nice! The only thing that was a let down was the unreliable shuttle service. We had several scheduled rides cancelled on us, and this caused us to alter plans a couple of times. Aside from that I would recommend this place! Great stay overall; we just started using Uber. Thanks!

Amazing Property
I rented a few nights with my spouse and daughters. Pictures looked amazing so we couldn't wait to see in person and once we arrived we were so much more impressed. Property was spotless, very clean. It was stocked with great quality items from the bedding to the cookware. The cherry on top was the awesome family games we came across. We brought our own but were suprised we had even more options for stay. Would absolutely recommend to each and everyone I know.
