Enjoy the tranquility that our newly renovated property offers to its guests away from the city hustle and bustle.!
A fully furnished house that can accomodate up to 7 people. With modern and minimal decoration offers all the necessary amenities to cover the guests needs regardless of the duration of their trip. Spacious enough so to cover family trips or business meetings our property is here to cover all your requests.
Only few minutes away from the city center of Ioannina, in close distance to the University of Ioannina and only 1 minute walking distance from the closest bus stop offers the guest all the best alternatives to drive or move around the city and not only. The inner space is consisted of 3 separate large bedrooms that communicate through a small corridor, 1 large bathroom with bathtub and 1 sunny living room close to its fully equipped kitchen.The living room has a fully functional fireplace and is consisted of 1 large sofa that turns into a large double bed, 1 sofa for 2 people, a Smart Tv 32" with access to wifi and a home cinema. Of course it would be a "Tranquility House" having its own private entrance and parking just in front of the furnished terrace.
