Beautifully furnished and features three bedrooms, two baths. Master bedroom has a plush king size bed, 42 inch TV and access to the lanai. Private bathroom with a shower and separate vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and also has access to the lanai and pool. Third bedroom has two full beds. Plenty of spacious closets. Comfortable living room arrangement with a 75 inch OLED TV, and high speed internet for your favorite streaming apps, and HBOMax for your viewing pleasure.

Well equipped, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker and all the amenities needed for your gourmet cooking. Dining table with seating for 6, and breakfast bar with seating for 4.

The fabulous lanai and pool area includes a cozy sitting area for morning coffee or evening happy hours. A separate lanai dining area with a large new stainless steel barbecue gas grill for your enjoyment. Propane is included at no additional charge.

Home equipped with high speed internet. All linens, towels, beach towels, and sundries such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, personal soap and disinfectant provided for your stay.

Lawn and pool professionally maintained. There is a wonderful mature mango tree to enjoy. This lovely home is on a salt water canal and has access to the gulf, and is minutes away from great restaurants at the marinas, and beyond to adventures that include gorgeous, secluded beaches with world class shelling.
