Wonderful Property in the Heart of Wellington

Perfect property in the heart of Wellington. Perfect for equestrians. Wonderful amenities and location next to shopping, coffee and restaurants. Will definitely be booking again for our next visit! Owner was very professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. Lovely host!

Perfect two night stay

My husband and I stayed at this efficiency for two nights and we're very comfortable. The property is in a nice neighborhood on a very quiet cul de sac. Check in process was simple. The suite is very nice, very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a sitting area with a TV, a bistro set and small kitchen area with a two burner stove top, microwave and small fridge. The bathroom has a large shower. Bring your own shampoo since this is not provided. It was perfect for us since our son lives within a five minute drive. There are restaurants and shopping close by but probably not within walking distance. It was a pleasant place to stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Cozy Studio

This studio was perfect for a weekend stay! Had a kitchen with mini fridge, comfy bed, and super nice updated bathroom. Easy to communicate with seller and they seemed very quick as responding. Overall very happy with stay!

Great studio for one or two people with everything you need. Clean and comfy. Easy check in. Parking spot for big truck with walkway right next to it. Quiet and private.

Good experience

Clean neighborhood... quiet. Centrally located by shops and restaurants. Easily accessible. Quaint.. decorated nice. A/C works great. Owner seemed nice and available. Not a good stay for someone older or in wheelchair... handicapped as ground is not all level and room is on the smaller side. But ok for everyone else.

Perfect place to stay

The room was great! It was clean, beautifully decorated and had all amenities needed. It was just like the pictures. The whole process from booking to checking in and checking out was smooth. The area is a quiet residential area. I had traveled alone to visit a friend and it was the perfect place to stay for myself but there is enough space for a couple if needed. Restaurants and other stores were within 10-15 minutes away. I was able to stop by Walmart and get a couple of things I forgot to bring before checking in. If I ever travel down that way again, I will be sure to book here again.

Very cute studio!

Beautiful little studio with fabulous horse decorations. Smooth check in process and there was always a space for my obnoxiously big truck to park. It was perfect for me, might have been a little crowded for 2. Good location close to everything I needed but set back into a nice quiet neighborhood. Only reason I didn't give 100% stars is the toilet handle didn't flush so I had to spend my 4 nights lifting back of toilet chain. Shower was great with quick hot water and plenty of space. Also make sure to bring your own seasonings and cooking oil, everything else you need is supplied in the cute mini kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay and have this property saved for next time I visit the area.

Great place!

Just as advertised! Perfect for someone wanting someplace close to the equestrian park. In a safe neighborhood with easy access. Close to many restaurants, stores and grocery stores.

This place is a nice, neat, self-contained studio with a complete kitchen, a comfy bed, generous storage, and plenty of living space. The host is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Quiet, pretty neighborhood. I'll be back!

Great studio in Wellington

Very cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Exactly as the photo shows. Really enjoyed our stay. Great value. Gets a little warm on the hotter days, but totally manageable.
