Hodnett Cooper presents this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club, there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Great location!

Overall the stay was perfect. The location to The beach along with the restaurants and shopping were easily accessible. Enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, has what you need

Great location, right on the beach! Overall property has great location and amenities. Condo was clean and as advertised. Was surprised at the amount of breakable and fragile items in a family friendly condo but with older kids, it was okay. Overall we really enjoyed our visit, would book again.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean and location is convenient. The only critique is that there is nowhere to hang wet bathing suits and towels (only one small towel bar in each bathroom), would’ve loved some hooks somewhere. Otherwise, no complaints!

Worth it

Beautiful property (I've stayed at the property previously) and location is amazing. Amenities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I will say the listing does not accurately depict the interior decorating of the unit, but it was pleasant regardless. The Wifi was the main thing that we had issues with. There was not enough signal to reliably use it for our phones or other devices and it would constantly disconnect, but we didn't really need it anyway. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great beach vacation

We had our 15-year old grandson and we are both in our early 70’s. It was everything we expected. My only complaint is that the garbage disposal stopped working and there was no toaster - the toaster oven didn’t work. Also, the refrigerator had a water leak in it somewhere. But those were minor things.

Easy and fun

We enjoyed this property. The layout was perfect for us, and the access to the pool and beach was a breeze. We had some issues with the refrigerator at first. It was very slow to cool down after loading some items in upon arrival. There was also a minor leak in the refrigerator, which gave us some fears that it wasn't working properly. It did finally cool down overnight. The space was clean and had the basic necessities. We had a great time!

Girls getaway with family

The condo was nice and clean but some of the appliances in the kitchen could use some work. The coffee maker needs replacing. The fridge door didn't want to close properly. The oven took awhile to heat up. Also need more coffee cups. Other than the kitchen needing updating, everything else was good.

No complaints about the unit itself buuuttt....

there were some weird construction noises coming from upstairs which probably can't be helped by the owner. Huge king size bed, large garden tub and shower. I love how the deck stretches from the guest bedroom to the living room to the master. The only thing I didn't like (which is more of a con to the property as a whole and not the unit) is that instead of getting a view of the beach or the town while sitting on the deck, you get views of the other decks which doesn't really provide for a relaxing moment when screaming kids are across the way. Otherwise, I would recommend the unit itself. Beach access within walking distance, pool, hot tubs, and they also give you credit towards beach rental items.

Last minute getaway for the 4th

We were super thankful to find this unit at the last minute. The pictures on the listing do not match however as there has been some furniture changed out and some painting done. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. However, the unit could use a good deep cleaning… especially the master bath. The shower had an odd smell and the shower head was pretty dirty. There was painters tape still up above the bathroom door and the floor was super dingy. The beds were comfortable however and the unit contained everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and we loved the boardwalk straight to the beach with no stairs!

Nice place

This condo is a nice space. Good value for the price. Some parts of the condo have been updated. For some reason the art had been removed from the walls in some rooms before our stay. The barren hooks left on the walls made the place look bad. But if the decorating were finished it would be pretty nice. The pool and hot tubs were nice, too.
