Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the ocean, relax in the heated pool, walk on the beach just outside your door and enjoy excellent near by restaurants. You are also close to supermarkets, rental car shops, Aventura Mall for your convenience. The unit has been fully renovated. The unit can accommodate 4 people (queen bed, sofa bed, and twin bed). This is an apartment complete with full size kitchen and bathroom. Free WiFi anywhere in the apartment. TV with Netflix compatibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with cook top, toaster oven, high end silver ware, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, blender and microwave. The unit has bath and beach towels, two adult beach chairs and two child size beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, iron and iron board, hair dryer, 50 inch plasma TV.

a lovely location

This condo has a nice contemporary design, a comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, it's on a quiet upper-level floor near the elevators, and has a truly spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was quick to respond to my messages and handled a TV problem efficiently for me. This is in the Tides condominium complex in Hollywood, Florida, close to many restaurants and shopping, but you will need a car or will rely on ride sharing quite a bit. As mentioned for the listing, there is a 100 parking fee for 5-7 days, 30 fee for the key fob needed to unlock all the doors in the building (which is a good security plan), and a 20 refundable fee for the parking hang tag for your car. The check-in process is difficult, as you need to park your vehicle somewhere in order to go inside to get your parking decal to enter the parking lot, but there are "no parking" signs posted everywhere near the building's entrance. Fortunately, a kind valet allowed me to park "illegally" near the door long enough to get the parking hang tag.I would rent this unit again in the future if re-visiting this area of Florida.

Great view and condo

Overall the stay was very nice. Good location, great view. The condo it self could do with a little more comfortable chairs/couches, but overall it was fine. Doing check in was a little bit confusing but overall it worked out. I would recommend this condo to other people traveling or staying in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Short vacation after a cruise

We enjoyed our stay, loved the balcony looking out to the oceanOnly one negative…the bedroom window fell on my finger (when I raised it to open it, it slammed right back down) my finger luckily was just bruised but if it’s not fixed it could really injure someone.I say this just to make you aware.

I recently stayed in a stunning penthouse apartment in Hallandale Beach, and I have to say, it was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The apartment was absolutely the cleanest I’ve encountered, making it feel immediately cozy and inviting. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary stuff, including high-quality utensils, which made cooking a breeze. Long weekend with Mom

The view was everything!!! The room provided all necessities and was clean. The building is VERY secure and staff was friendly. I will stay here again if I return to the area and i would recommend to others. I would have given a 5 star rating but the pullout was not comfortable even with the extra padding and the linens were not freshly cleaned and had to get our own washcloths.

Das Appartement hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann, eine absolut perfekt ausgestattete Küche, in der man auch wirklich mal kochen kann (was man sollte bei den Preisen..). Erwarten Sie keine Unterkunft, wo man gut Englisch spricht, hier sind fast ausschließlich Latin Americans. Marcelo war sehr nett und hat uns bei allem schnell geholfen! Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer: breathtaking! Wir haben hier 6 Tage voll genossen

Please do not get fool over this place. It is not worth the price you are paying. It doesn't have the appearance of a penthouse. ( What you don't see in pictures is that you are right on top of a parking lot and very far from the beach) We left the place as soon as we checked in and asked VRBO for a refund. We had to go get another place ASAP. Me my husband and my toddler.

This is my second time staying at the Tides, first time with this host and I will definitely be back again!! Very clean and had all the necessities!! Communication with host was great and check in process was very smooth. Amazing view facing the ocean for every sunrise, great pool and steps to the beach! Top Floor Makes for Best Ocean View Ever at The Tides

My wife and I have stayed at The Tides eight or ten times over the past couple years and this unit has the hands down best view of them all. Unlike most other units, it doesn't share a balcony with someone on the left or right, so you get the fulll 180 degree panorama view, plus you are on the TOP FLOOR.. Some have mentioned limited kitchen items, etc., but we had everything needed to cook full meals during our stay. Going in I was concerned about only having tabletop oven, but we baked potatoes and broiled steaks and lamb chops and it all worked great. It's a good sized toaster oven -- big enough to bake or whatever. No problem I think we will be back again soon. Vivian is a gracious host, and Marcelo is really helpful at getting you prepared for what can be a confusing checkin process at the resort, especially if you happen to be a first timer at The Tides

Amazing and better than the pictures! Go ahead and Book!!

Do yourself a favor and book this amazing place! I decided to take a solo trip down to Florida and I was looking for a place on the beach with a great view. Not only did I get that but Vivian’s place was absolutely stunning and had everything that I needed! As soon as you walk in you are captivated by the serene and open concept and the view is breath taking!! For one person I sure felt pretty spoiled being there! The pool was amazing and not crazy crowded but I also loved that I had access to the beach. Since this location is not right on Hollywood beach you get a more peaceful and quiet crowd. Vivian and Marco were quick to answer any questions I had and I even extended my stay which was absolutely worth it. I didn’t have a car but it was easy to Uber around. This is an excellent location and I loved the little cafe next door! After staying here and experiencing my first solo trip I am going to do this every year! Can’t wait to go back!!!
