Both situated on the second floor, the two guest bedrooms introduce color palettes and design elements inspired by the home’s natural surroundings, and have their own large bathrooms with dual vanities.


A spacious living room showcases a brick fireplace and flat screen TV, plus French doors that open up to a large patio overlooking the village lagoon. The adjacent dining room seats six to eight, with additional seating for four in the kitchen, which features an open concept, oversize island and Viking appliances.

The screened porch located at the side of the home encourages indoor-outdoor living with a large fireplace underneath a flat screen TV, and a gas grill. Adding to the home’s convenience, a convenient laundry room on the first floor is equipped with Bosch appliances, and a two-vehicle garage faces the street.
