An ideal base for your Kangaroo Island Experience!
Built in 2008, this modern Four bedroom classically styled, architecturally designed Beachhouse has natural timber floors, high ceilings, quality Appliances ,soft leather couches and large windows allowing natural inside light. The lounge room is ‘huge’ offering a magnificent view of the Bay and room to relax.
The Property is just two minutes drive from the Ferry, Penneshaw Township, Supermarket, Fuel, amazing Cafe’s, Pub and a quick walk to the Beach. Enjoy the abundant local wildlife, eg Roos, Wallabies and bird life in the garden, local attractions or travel further afield to discover what this amazing Island has to offer. (KI is amazing in the off peak seasons too)
The home is eco friendly with 100% Solar electricity and is (normally) on Rainwater for that perfect Shower!
Guest comfort and enjoyment are considered a premium and property upgrades are ongoing, including the following:

New Sheridan towels
New Queen mattress in Master bedroom
Mattress Toppers for Queen beds
NBN wifi (free to use)
Smart TV, including FetchTV (Stan)
Replaced / updated hardwired smoke detectors

Owner lives locally.
Charges:
Base rate is for two guests.
Additional charges for linen ($20 pp) and for $50 for each additional guest above two.
