Family Vacation
Our family of 8 all stayed together at this house while visiting our extended family in PHX. Having 4 bedrooms with 4 couples was a perfect fit! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Great outdoor activities with the pool and game room. We had minor issues with the AC, but Janet was quick to call for service. We will book again our next trip!

First retirement trip
Stayed for five weeks. House is rustic but comfortable. This was perfect for us with two dogs and some younger kids visiting. Yard and pool are fabulous. Location is ideal for getting around the city. Hosts were also attentive if asked for anything. This property would also be perfect for a foursome golf trip.

Private Spacious Property with Fun Amenities
I absolutely loved our stay at this nice private home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our young boys were thoroughly entertained with the pool, outdoor games and seperate game room there. For me the location was very central to shopping, restaurants and the like. And if we didn't feel like going out, the well stocked kitchen made it easy and convenient to prepare family meals. All and all, it is a very fun and comfortable place to be when in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend!

Great property
Our family was in Phoenix on vacation with my eldest son who lives there. The property was super clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, fully stocked with many extras.We never ran out of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent or any of those things you have readily on hand . It felt like home away from home.As described there is a game room with table tennis , fooseball and air hockey and a putting green outside which the big kids/young adults love. Inside there is also board games and local reading material. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and grilling . In the early morning sitting outside we saw numerous types of birds and a couple of cotton tail bunnies. The pool was refreshingly cool in the hundred degree heat .There is a pool cleaner that you have to dodge which I could see may be an issue with young children.The area is quiet and safe . There is a nice outside mall - Desert Ridge within a couple of miles with bars and restaurants .Within about an hour drive we enjoyed :kayaking Salt river,an ATV tour in the desert,hiking in the Superstition Mountains. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay again in the future.

Spring Break with the Grandkids
Nice & quiet neighborhood with shopping close by. Plenty of room for seven of us to enjoy inside & outside. Game room was a big hit as was the pool. Had a pool heater issue that Janet had fixed super quick. The kids were convinced the Easter Bunny wouldn't come because they were not at home. He found them of course & had a huge backyard to hide fake eggs. They were ecstatic & shocked! So much fun together in a great house & property.

Great place!
We took 6 teens for their senior spring break. It had everything we needed - pool, game room, and plenty of space. Loved that the kitchen table held all 8 of us. We enjoyed the firepit too. Beds were comfortable and we had enough towels and cooking utensils. Kids were a bit disappointed that we couldn't take the cleaner out of the pool and we struggled with enough light at night in the house, but made it work. Janet was very responsive.

Wonderful Christmas week with extended family
Decided to spend Christmas in Phoenix with family members coming from snow-bound states. What a lovely stay! The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many great activities.The heated pool was wonderful, and we all enjoyed the games and putting green. We loved having 2 seating areas in the living room and plenty of room around the dining room table for 8. Janet even set up a sweet Christmas tree for us! The kitchen was very well-appointed and all we needed was groceries. That was easy with Costco and Fry's so close by. Also close by were the Musical Instrument Museum, the Desert Ridge Marketplace, bowling, golf, Top Golf, shopping areas and restaurants. Janet was very accessible when we had questions, and quick to respond. All in all, our group had a great stay and would stay here again!

Comfortable stay in Paradise Valley
Janet was easy to communicate with and check in was easy. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and backyard activities. The pictures were fairly accurate but must have been taken a while ago as the overall condition of the place was a bit more worn than shown online. The heated pool was warm which was great because the weather was cooler than expected. Loved the chipping green!

Sister's 29th Annual Trip
The house was just as described and PERFECT for our annual trip! We will certainly stay here again. We loved that heating the pool was included and there was so much to do (putt, ping pong, foosball, puzzles, games) that we hardly left the house! The host made our check-in so convenient (sorry about the check-out snafu). Thank you for allowing us into your home!

My college girlfriends & I stayed here for our annual girls weekend. The house was very comfortable—we all slept amazingly well. The interior of the house was clean and well-situated for our group of 7. The kitchen was well-stocked and living spaces/couches were very comfortable. I rented this home based on the outdoor photos—we spent a lot of time in the pool and on the patio. The pool was great on day 1, but with use and seasonal dust storms etc the pool was not looking great by day 5. It seemed like an issue with the pool equipment. The owner was very responsive though when I inquired about it. We did not use the game room, but that would have been a definite plus if we had kids along. Having rented other VRBos recently, I will also add that the owner was easy to communicate with and had reasonable check-out expectations. I would stay here again.

The house was just what we were looking for. The pool, game rooms, and putting green were a big hit with the kids. The house is very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Great location near movies and shopping.

Overall great property. Very accommodating host!
The host was wonderful. Let us check in a little early which was very appreciated. We had an issue with the A/C mid stay that couldn't be fixed until the next day. She had another property we were able to move to that we liked better. The pool was quite warm wish it was a bit cooler for the 112 weather. The beds and bedding were wonderful! Neighborhood was very quiet.

We purchased this home because of the oversized lot and great location near everything! We keep improving along the way. We added a skylight recently in the hallway as well as new luxury vinyl flooring through out. Both baths have been retiled in August of 2024.
