Come and relax in our haven by the sea.
You will be treated to a relaxing, welcoming, three bedroom, two bathroom, two living room oasis.
This is your home away from home with all the home comforts here.
Wrap around decking downstairs plus a deck upstairs to enjoy the superb views of both rural and sea. Entertaining is easy with the space that is offered or simply chill out and enjoy being in the heart of Riverton Rocks.

A short stroll through "Lovers Lane" to the beach and popular "Beach House" cafe.
Close by is the Taramea Store and fabulous children's playground.
Child friendly and section is fully secure.
Plenty of off street parking.
Dogs may be allowed by arrangement (Strictly outside though)

Beautiful Place

Oasis by the beach was the perfect spot to relax. Loved the wood fire place. The views from the top floor were spectacular. The house was clean and well kept. The property owners communicated promptly. It was a great stay.

Great location and setup

Great location up behind the BeachHouse Cafe and close to the beach. Upper level has great views of the ocean with a comfortable second lounge and ensuite bedroom. Excellent shower pressure and seating for many inside and out. Will definitely rent again. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us

Riverton WOW

We were looking for a place with plenty of room, some separate areas for the kids and the grown ups, somewhere to entertain guests and somewhere quiet, close to the city and close to the coast. This place was perfect!

This really is the Riviera!

This lovely property proved to be a perfect base for our brief visit to Southland to attend a family wedding. The weather was outstanding and the scenery breathtaking. The Beach Cafe is a fantastic feature. The house is warm and sunny and perfectly located for walks down to the beautiful beach walkway. We hope to come back!

Excellent Beach House

What a great place to stay. The house is up a small back lane which had both sea views and view of the farmland behind. Great balcony (maybe not for little toddlers or crawlers as a bit of a drop off) comfy beds and great showers. Pillows were probably the only negative. Had pretty much everything you need. Close walk down to the beach. We all loved our stay.

Gorgeous home away from home
