The Villa is located at Ocean Villas Condominium within the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort. Great for families or couples looking to experience the Enchanted Island with your own Villa and the beach within 300 feet.

Our guests have access to Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Golf and Beach Resort's, five restaurants, bars, casino and facilities (for a fee), such as golf, spa and tennis courts. Hotel pools are not available for condo guest. Ocean Villas has its own pools which are available for the villa guests. Pools shown in our pictures belong to Ocean Villas. The villa is located near El Yunque Rain Forest, Luquillo Public Beach, Luquillo Kiosks, restaurants, shopping and 30 minutes drive to Ceiba ferry terminal to board ferries to Culebra and/or Vieques.

Villa Escape is fully furnished and equipped for an unforgettable vacation. The living room has a 55in Ultra HD Smart LED curved TV, cable TV and WiFi. Kitchen is fully equipped, furnished balcony overseeing the pool and ocean.

Best villa ever!

I have been going to the ocean villas for over 20 years and this villa was by far the best ever! The communication with the owner and the concierge was fantastic! Can't wait to book for 2023!

Perfect Villa for a Relaxing & Fun Getaway!

Our stay at this amazing villa was everything we hoped for and more! With plenty of space for all seven of us, we were able to enjoy both time together and moments to relax. Beautiful property, on the resort grounds adds even more to this location! I was most impressed with the communication between Willie and Priscilla and myself. Almost instant replies and make things so easy which is what I want on vacation. Would recommend 10/10!!

Best Villa

WE had another wonderful week at Villa Escape. It gets harder to leave each year. .. the weather, the people, the surroundings! Nothing is missing at all from this villa. Everyone is so helpful....can't wait for next year!

Very good location

There were five of us that stayed at the villa. It was clean and the amenities were very good. Plenty of room for everyone, with the three bedrooms. The inside was great. The outside was a little tired and in need of a good pressure washing/painting. Parking was a little tight, and the pool area was in need of a little attention. Overall, we had a nice stay with no significant problems or complaints, and it was nice having the casino and restaurant so close. Willie was quick to answer any questions that we had.

Family Puerto Rico Trip

We had a fantastic stay. The villa is exactly as described, amazing views, steps from beautiful pools and the ocean. Well appointed and very comfortable. Mr. Jimenez was an outstanding host. He was very responsive and helpful in our trip planning-- providing extensive recommendations on restaurants, grocery stores and activities in advance of our trip which assisted our planning. He met us at the villa and walked us through the property. A very warm and gracious host! We'll definitely be back!!!

Located in a condo complex right next to the hotel - just a short walk away. Willie was an amazing host - very responsive and helpful. Condo very nice and well maintained - we were very comfortable!

Great family vacation

Amazing Place in Rio Grande

It could not have been more wonderful! Place was more than big enough for the three couples and the location was “the bomb!” We were on the second floor right on the beach…it was clean and we had a wonderful check in experience…add to that that the villa is within the compound of the Wyndham Resort, which a great casino and good food…we felt so safe while staying there. We plan on staying there again the next time we go to Puerto Rico. Bonus that it was so close to the Yunque Rain Forest! We loved our stay there!

Perfect location

We loved our stay at the villa. It's exactly as pictured and described. The location couldn't be better. Just a short walk to the Wyndham Grand's tiki hut bars and dining. The ocean was a little too rough to swim but we enjoyed using the pools and hot tub daily. We will be back.

Very lovely place to stay

This Villa was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint that I have is about the towel rack on the balcony. It was mounted on the wall outside and could hold all of our wet towels/bathing suits when we returned from the pool/beach. We used this rack every day. Towards the end of our stay we were told that we are not allowed to hang towels off of the balcony (which would be very tacky) and we never did that. Turns out we weren’t allowed to hang towels on the rack which is tucked against the wall. I would suggest getting rid of the towel rack or making it know that we aren’t allowed to use it.

Lovely location

We were a group of 6 adults and this condo was the perfect size. The location can’t be beat! The view from the balcony was just like the pictures. The pool area was clean and quiet and the perfect place to relax. Having access to the resort was great for when you wanted a frozen concoction served to you and for a daily morning yoga session ( just to name a few). The condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked - we really have no complaints. We’ll be staying here again the next time we come to PR. Loved it!

Wonderful family vacation

The villa was the perfect place for our multi-generation family vacation. Location is perfect, right on the beach and beautiful pools and a hot tub. The villa itself worked perfectly and was well stocked with everything we needed. Pricilla is a fantastic hosted and super responsive to all our questions.
