Why they chose this property
I used to stay here before but last 4 years I have opened a shop on Nimman Rd. and I need wide space to keep some stuff that's why I rent out my room, but I already move all my stuff out and clean the room up, you can check it out, it's more clean than I used to stay lol
What makes this property unique
You will love this place, it's very secured because you will have to register for the fingerprint (everyone) otherwise you cannot get-in/ out
I'm sure you will love the pool, it's kind of Jacuzzi pool one, it's not wide enough to start practicing swim.
