MARINA APARTMENT PROPERTY SUMMARY:
This apartment is on the corner end of the block with unblocked views of the spectacular Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu. Nestled on the shores of the lake, the Marina Apartments offer you amazing waterfront views of Queenstown just 10 minutes’ drive to the centre of town.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
We have a range of modern apartments including hotel sized rooms and two and three-bedroom apartments. Contact our reservations team for your own customised option. Our self-service hotel sized rooms are perfect for singles or couples travelling to Queenstown for short stays and wanting to eat out. These rooms have a kettle, toaster and bar fridge. For families or those staying longer, our two and three bedroom apartments are all self-contained with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire apartment. One door will be locked, which is the internal access to the adjoining apartment. Should you require more bedroom options, please contact the Goodstays Reservations Team.

Goodstays Guest Services department are available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

Our Lakeside apartments are situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown. Take the stunning Queenstown Trail walk into town along the waterfront and through the beautiful Queenstown Gardens. This easy walk will take you 1 hour to the heart of Queenstown or a simple 4 minutes to the sublime Boatshed Café. These apartments are perfectly situated for you to enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer. Just 10 minutes’ drive to central Queenstown, and 30 minutes’ drive to Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski areas.

There is off street parking for 1 car at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown. The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the apartments.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

We didn’t ask if the property was fit for ‘disabled’ I just assumed it was, so we carried my brother up the 4 flights of stairs. The toilet push button in the single beds room did not work property. When having a bath the mould under tiles was not good to look at…… But other than that it was FANTASTIC. !! Spectacular view, modern and clean, great location great rooms, great space. And the cleaning staff were helpful and lovely. And Good value for money. We would definitely stay again, but we would get the next level down which is better designed for the ‘disabled’.

This property is in a great location. The furniture and linens are dated and in need of replacement The comforters were filthy and appeared to have never been washed. Some of the bed sheets were worn and torn. Don’t let this discourage you as the location is excellent right beside the lake and relatively easy access to just about any where

bad house keeping

Beautiful apartment with lovely views, on arrival found measuring jug in drawer with handle broken off, not so bad but strange it was left there after cleaning that had not got rid of a strong Indian curry smell! After a very hot day we found the air con unit would not turn on which made it extremely uncomfortable for the week Then after a shower we found no extracter fan working in the bathroom, there was a vent above the bath but no sign of it extracting which resulted in the bathroom smelling damp and mouldy for our duration Looking forward to a good nights sleep we unfolded the bed cover (for some reason had been folded up and put in the cupboard) to find it had several white stains on it!! lovely apartment in a beautiful setting just lot down by bad house keeping
