We welcome you to stay in our spacious,1500 ft² family sized home that can accommodate up to 10 guests IF you book BOTH FLOORS. The Craftsman (1st Floor) is a private unit with a a king size bedroom, a large living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, one full bath, full size kitchen, and laundry room. The 1st floor unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. Groups larger than 4 people will need to also book "The Craftsman (2nd Floor) unit" if it is available on your same dates. The Craftsman (2nd Floor) Unit has a king size bedroom, a queen size bedroom, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, 2.5 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. The 2nd floor unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. By renting both the 1st and 2nd floor units you can easily conjoin the rooms back into a full 2 story home, accommodating large groups up to 10 people.
