Gorgeous Top Floor Vacation Rental Condo with amazing filtered Ocean and Pool Views. Spend your vacation in our beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished penthouse condo with both views, shade and breezes throughout the day.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with everything you need for your vacation. We have a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, a convection microwave oven and stove top. Dining table that seats 6, plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter bar. Open living room with large screen TV, secured high-speed internet, cable TV, and printer for guest use.

Master bedroom has a cal-king bed and renovated en-suite master bathroom. Guest bedroom is enclosed (rare in Vista) and private, it has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request and a renovated full guest bathroom next to bedroom. Stacked washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. Large wrap-around lanai that has a wet bar area and dining for 6. Relax on the lanai loungers to soak up the sun, read a book or enjoy the sunset and watch your family at the pool. Free reserved parking, elevator or stairs to the top floor, beach gear for guest use. Discounts available for 2+ weeks – just ask.

Vista Waikoloa is a gated community that has a 75-foot heated saltwater lap pool, 2 spas, BBQ pavilion area and fitness center. This well-maintained gated community has views of the ocean, mountains and golf course.

Condo includes KINGS' CLUB GOLD GOLF membership with discounted green fees and no tee time restrictions at the 27 hole Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Course.

2025 Rates:
$90 per person plus tax and includes a shared cart.
Rental Clubs $45.00 per set plus tax.

Waikoloa Resort has so much to offer - a short and scenic walk (10 to 15 minutes) away, or drive (5 minutes) from our condo: the picturesque white sandy beach at 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay); the largest selection of shopping and dining options on the Kohala Coast; two luxury shopping centers provide visitors with the opportunity to explore a collection of boutique shops, art galleries, coffee shops, gelato/shave ice and an array of restaurants. Weekly events include live Hawaiian music, hula performances, lei-making, a weekly farmers market and other local crafts. A gourmet market located within the resort for convenient access to groceries, prepared meals, fresh fish and meats, beer and wine, souvenirs and other essentials. Big Island Beauty

From the time we entered the front gates, everything was very well maintained. The renovations made are top notch and every amenity one would want or need is provided. I cannot express the attention to detail that was achieved in making this a wonderful vacation rental. Even though the unit faces the pool, the complex is very quiet. If traveling to the Big Island, we would definitely stay again in this unit.

Charming residence

The apartment is very comfortable. The view is magnificent. The location is perfect in Waikoloa near markets and beach. The residence is quiet. The garden is well maintained. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are superb. An ideal holiday but not without faults. We underwent renovation work on the balcony during our stay. This was not planned when booking. We were only notified when we arrived on site. The manager told us about a day of work. However, we were deprived of a balcony for 3 days. This is not acceptable given the price paid.

Perfect location and a beautiful place for my family!!

We were looking for a place in Waikoloa and found this gem. Michelle was quick to respond and communicative! We enjoyed the huge lanai and the spacious living room area. It was more than enough space for our 3 year old and 8 month old. Everything was clean, had fresh towels ready to go. We didn’t get to use the kitchen as we went out to eat most of them time but for our next trip, we’d love to stay here again!! There were close by restaurants, beaches, and we enjoyed the Hilton Waikoloa Village resort pass. Thank you again for an enjoyable stay!!

Great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed this vacation rental. My husband and I as well as our 2 children traveled tot he Big Island for Thanksgiving break. The condo is spacious and very clean. The lanai was a large and inviting place to lounge and have meals on. We made good use of the beach equipment provided ( beach towels, cooler, cooler blocks, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards etc) The kitchen is well stocked. The coffee maker was not working and they brought a new one within a few hours of us notifying management. FYI, there is a regular coffee maker as well as a Nespresso coffee maker. So bring your own cups if you have. We also had an issue with the TV and that was fixed with an hour or two. The condo was situated in a great area with great walkability to the Queen and Kings shops that offered a variety f places to eat. There is also a small grocery store there. It is also within walking distance to A-Bay as well as the Hilton resort. We would definitely reccommend this rental to anyone going to the Big Island. One thing that I would like to suggest in terms of supplies is supplying the condo with stainless steel drinkware. We've stayed at many places and they have always had these types of cups and it makes it a more pleasant experience to drink a cold beverage when it is warm outside.

Not a great start - but lovely condo and really enjoyed our stay

Reviewer Comments: We arrived from Hilo just after 3pm to check in however the code was incorrect for the lockbox. Unfortunately we did not have a phone with international roaming. Went to an office ( different company)in the complex was able to leave a message. So we managed to use the wifi of the unit to access our email account to get the right code. However this was nearly 2 hours later. Once inside the unit is nicer than the photos . It was very comfortable and great that it had air con. The complex itself was very quiet not sure if that was due to the volcano.loved the pool. We really enjoyed walking to the shops and beach. Also headed to the hilton(monorails boats dolphins) and marriott for dinner. I feel the active Volcano did have an effect on our holiday as we were concerned about flights being cancelled. It was handy to have a washing machine and dryer. It was no problem to wash the beach towels on departure. Overall we had a lovely stay

Beautifully remodeled condo. Michelle (Kohala Properties) was outstanding to deal with. There are other condos which have better views but it would be hard to find a nicer condo. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Would definitely stay again.

Oasis in Paradise

The condo was clean and comfortable with a peek-a-boo waterview from the lanai. Spices, etc that were available in the cupboards made cooking feel much more like home. The BBQ area was great, as was the pool. We loved that "home" was within walking distance of A' Bay beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers made trips to Hapuna Beach, Spencer Beach Park, etc so much more enjoyable. Pack up the car and go! Waikoloa and Waimea had wonderful dining options, and all within easy driving distance. Thank you for helping make our Hawaii stay so wonderful!

2 weeks in paradise

We had a little trouble with the lockbox, but it was resolved quickly. Loved the condo and the complex. The kitchen was very well equipped. We used the grills at the complex on a regular basis mostly grilling fresh fish we bought at a great fish market in Kawaihae. The pool was excellent. We were close enough to A-Bay to walk down to watch the sunsets. The KPC restaurant at the Waikoloa Hilton (another very short walk) was a wonderful place to have our anniversary dinner. Definitely should check out Hawi, Waipio, Waimea (Merriman's Restaurant), Hapuna Beach, and Akaka Falls State Park. We loved our 2 weeks!!

Quiet, peaceful, top notch!

We loved our stay here. The place was spotless and well stocked. There were 4 of us (two couples) and the way it was set up gave us plenty of privacy with own bedroom and bathroom. One bed was more firm and the other more soft so before you pick your room, decide which you like. Restaurants, shops and beaches are within walking distance. We were attending a wedding at the Hilton and it was also within walking distance. Went to A-bay beach, Manini’owali beach (great body surfing) and Hapuna (huge beach and very relaxing). Made use of chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards provided by owners (big thumbs up). You have to go to Lava Lava Beach Club - great good, service and sunset. Free parking was convenient and close to unit. Option to use stairs or elevator. Don’t hesitate- book this place and you will love your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celebrating our 29th year travelling together as a party of 4 classmates, we have stayed at many, many hotels/resorts/condos. Vista Waikoloa B-302 was one of our top 2 favorites. The condo was spacious, clean, had lovely views, a very well-stocked kitchen, a wrap around patio to enjoy the outside and overall a pleasant place to relax and enjoy each other's company. Just a few thoughts, it takes a while for the hot water to come on when taking a shower, there is only a convection/microwave oven and a toaster oven, and no tv in the second bedroom. Also, if arriving after dark, it's hard to see the property name since there's no lighting on the sign. These little things should not deter you from staying at this property so enjoy your stay.
