This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 20 minutes to Matlacha, 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 40 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Casa Di Serento features beautiful Florida décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, and one bedroom featuring a queen bed, the fourth bedroom with a pyramid style bunk bed features a twin over full bed.
Two of the king bedrooms have their private bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The third and fourth bedroom have a shared bathroom accessible through the hallway. There is a separate butler’s pantry with additional cabinet space, as well as a laundry facility.
The Villa can fit up to 8-9 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious high-top bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.

Villa Casa Di Serrento befindet sich im SE von Cape Coral. An einem Segelboot Kanal nur wenige Minuten zum Caloosahatchee River und den Straenden von SW Florida gelegen. Der Swimmingpool ist Richtung Sueden ausgerichtet und bietet maximale Sonne den ganzen Tag und ist auch elektrisch beheizt. Der Bootsanleger sowie der dazu gehoerende Tiki Hut sind in 2016 komplett neu installiert worden. Das Haus selber hat sehr hohe Decken und viele Fenster fuer natuerliches Tageslicht. 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Baeder plus Office mit Schlafcouch warten auf Sie. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit jeweils einem King und zwei Twin Size Betten ausgestattet. Ueber das Elternschlafzimmer hat man direkten Zugang auf die Terrasse.
