"The Smokehouse" is a quaint little cabin enveloped by large oaks on 5 acres & is part of "A Country Place". Feel like your way out in the country & yet located only 5 min. to town. You will have a bedroom with a queen bed, full bath w/ large shower, living area w/ full size sofa & fully stocked kitchen w/ full size fridge & stove/oven. Relax under the stars in your private hot tub, sit by a fire in the fire pit or sit & rock on your porch!

Cabin smelled awful and hot tub was disgusting and most jets didn't work and no chlorine. Hair and scum and sticks in the hot tub.😔

Very relaxing!

Property was very nice and homey! Decorated beautifully and well appointed. Location to Wimberley was perfect. Very quiet. Love the hot tub and they allow dogs! We had a great weekend!

Perfect little cabin

I booked this cabin for my wife and I to have a weekend away. It was the perfect space for us. You can be in downtown Wimberley in just a few minutes but you’ll feel like you’re out in the country when at the cabin. We enjoyed our time here and definitely would recommend this cabin!

Great place for just the two of us!

We needed a little get away just hubby & me. This place was perfect!! Just so you are aware there are peacocks on the property next door so that wild noise in the woods is them. We took our telescope & sat on the back patio enjoying the sky. There are fireflies everywhere! Haven't seen so many since I was a ittle girl & it was beautiful. We had breakfast in town at Mima's kitchen & sat outside, great food!

Cozy cabin

This is a well equipped cozy cabin. It is about 10 minutes to the town of Wimberley. There are other cabins on the property, but you do feel secluded. We took our two dogs which enjoyed the property as well. The property could be a little cleaner. The rugs, fans, AC units and headboard were quite dusty. You do have to shower quickly because the hot water heater is small and runs out quickly. Ronnie, the camp host came quickly to address it when I thought we had run out of hot water. He was wonderful. All in all, it was a nice stay for the weekend.

RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Our stay here was horrible. Scorpions & Spiders inside everywhere; I was stung & we had to sleep in the car. It’s NOT FENCED IN or SECLUDED. Hot tub didn’t stay warm. There’s a horrible smell coming from the sink Host never answered our calls & then tried to charge us extra for the dogs they failed to charge us for; having 16 days to do so prior to arrival. It was so bad, we’re reporting them to every single business that we can. Do not stay here! It’s literally dangerous to anything with a pulse. These are greedy low down bad people. Do not give them you’re money

Break

The property was fantastic, kinda secluded with other cabins nearby, but not intrusive. It was clean, well kept, extremely comfortable and the hot tub was clean and hot. Had a bbq pit and a fire pit that were near and easy to use. The inside was orderly nice amenities the tv worked well, no problem with the cable. Very cozy and great location not too far from Wimberly Square. Saw some beautiful deer as well. Felt safe.

Smokehouse at Country place

Nice little cabin with hot tub to enjoys under the stars. We made breakfast both mornings and was well equipped. My only drawbacks were non iron on property for last minute use and non full length mirror. Otherwise we'd enjoy coming back again.
