Come stay and relax in our chic modern apartment located in Marina Del Rey, California. Enjoy the sunny Golden State in the most luxurious way possible. You can still visit Los Angeles without having to stay in the heart of Los Angeles! Our two bedroom (three beds total) and two bath apartment is small enough to feel cozy but also large enough to feel like you can stretch out and relax. With our place, you can escape the craziness of the city to revel in the ocean. Use the kitchen to make your morning coffee and breakfast as you get ready for your day of adventures. End your day with a fresh bottle of local wine and food from the local farmers market. Look out the window and watch the sunset from our view that looks out onto the marina below or step out onto the balcony and breathe in the fresh salty air. Witness the calm blue water speckled with hundreds of boats below. The apartment is clean and bright to accompany a laid back California vibe. It is located near Mother’s Beach, which is an urban beach along the marina. Feel free to wander to a farmers market held every Saturday in the marina. Buy yourself a hand crafted souvenir, fresh food for dinner, or try food from local vendors. There are plenty of restaurants and shops located only a few blocks away from the apartment. Long Beach, Huntington Beach, and Newport Beach are all a short drive away. Stroll along miles of shoreline or make your way through crazy Los Angeles traffic. The list of activities to do in LA are endless. Hollywood, theme parks, beaches, museums, restaurants, clubs, and maybe a movie star sighting or two ;) If you want to escape back to the apartment you can enjoy watching television on a 50 inch flat screen equipped with Netflix and hundreds of channels. On a nice sunny day you can head down to the community pool below and start up the grill to have a barbecue. You can even use our community gym to make room for all the delicious local food you will be trying! Wash off your sandy shorts with our washer and dryer and feel free to use fresh towels. The kitchen is completely stocked and yours for the taking. Our home is your home! So get ready to feel and live like a local during your stay!

Easy and a great location.

This apartment was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and was in a super convenient location. We walked to dinner on the beachfront with the kids! Facilities at apartment are great and there’s even a farmers market across the road on a Saturday morning. Really enjoyed our stay!

Improve communication

Our place was not available so we were notified 30 mins prior to checkin of this. Another partial completed unit was available. Dre did everything he could to make our stay decent. I just feel that we should have been notified that our unit was not available much sooner then 30 mins prior to check in.

Super sketchy trying to check in after dark. We were unable to check in the first night and drove around - lucky to find a hotel. Many units share the same lockbox with one garage door opener. If any of the other renters do not return the garage door opener it is impossible to check in. Owners were unresponsive and it took an act of congress to get a refund - even then I was under refunded and had to dispute with credit card company to be made whole. Worst VRBO experience of my life; and we use VRBO a lot. These people give VRBO a bad name and should not be allowed to host.

Good place to stay

The property within a pretty good 10-15 minute walk to the center of Venice Beach Boardwalk. About 5 minute walk directly to the closest beach area. All kinds of restaurants and shops very close by. 15-20 drive to LAX. The complex is very nice with pool and hot tub. We had a little confusion on the check in (getting keys and parking) but it all worked out. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The property was clean but had a few things that some would see as problems. There was a closet door that was off of the hinges. Both bed frames in the guest room were broken. There was no light in that room. Had to take a lamp out of the living room to put in there. The pictures in the profile show different furniture than was in the unit we were in. This unit was more plain than the profile showed. All of those issues were not a problem for us. Just be aware of that.

Amazing Ocean Views

We did all LA could offer from convenience and great location that is Marina Deal Rey. East drive to everything we wanted including WB Studios, Redondo Whale-watch, Bev hills bud tour, Topgolf-El Segundo, Santa Monica Pier, Malibu, all in 5 days!

Great place!

We were in LA for a concert at the Forum and this was a terrific location. Close to the airport, could walk to restaurants and the beach, or stay in and cook. Check-in and parking were easy, the place was clean, and bright. Would certainly stay there again.

Marina del rey bliss

Our family had an amazing time at this property. My 7 year old loved the pool and jacuzzi and even the dogs were happy. :-) We loved that it was a short walking distance to the Venice pier and canals and lots of beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops. Everywhere was insanely dog friendly - some restaurants even let us have them inside. It was a very comfortable place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Mold stuck on growing on lining of washer 2 filthy floors and carpet 3 broken lamp blinds towel bar etc 4 sticky kitchen cabinets and handles 5 non draining tub 6 human bodily fluid on wall next to bed 6 dripping of some other fluid on wall in other bedroom 7 smell of onions / curry took me 2 days to get rid of . 8 decor outdated 9 scrapes and dents in walls I left it much cleaner than I found it. Finally the owner is quite non responsive once you pay her. Ie liv

Great Location

This property is pretty much as advertised. The location is excellent and the pool and amenities are superb. The unit is clean with reasonably functional kitchen. Bedding and linens average as far as comfort.

Great stay

The apartment was great for me and my family. The location was great - it was walkable to Mother's Beach and several great restaurants, as well as Venice Beach. The hot tub and pool were great features to the apartment - we spent a lot of time there as well. I really liked that there were two parking spots available as street parking in the area can be harder to come by. We had a wonderful time!

Having just come off a three week road trip it was very nice to relax in this unit with its great location and great views.. the unit was clean and although a little dated it definitely served our purpose, so much so that we extended our stay. A short walk to the ocean and the use of a great pool and hot tub. Would stay again.

Marina Del Rey was awesome

We used this place as a home base when we visited 2 of our sons who live and work in LA. Great location, awesome place and easy process. We really enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the hot tub after surfing. Was great to have a place with the amenities of home, easy place to relax and visit between stops and adventures in LA. Our host was accommodating, responsive, pleasant and very helpful as we had questions or needed guidance. First rate and easy, as one would hope when traveling. Easy to get to the airport, the beaches, Abbot Kinney for shopping and restaurants.

We didn’t stay at this location because it wasn’t available due to maintenance . We stayed at her other location. The view was amazing! It was comfortable and cozy as if I were home. The only problem I had was the water backing up n the shower. Second bathroom didn’t have that problem. Everything else was perfect! 💯

Dense living in the Marina

This is in a very large, modernistic apartment complex. Views are of shared pool recreation area, not the marina. Noise travels up into the apartment from this area easily. Apartment is large, spotless and comfortable. Entry and parking are a bit complicated. Beds are very comfortable, and kitchen has all you need for light cooking. Added bonus is washer and dryer in the unit. would probably be a good place to stay for a business trip, if you need to be in this area.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

We had a very enjoyable stay in Liv's apartment. It was exactly as described and it a great location, with restaurants, the marina, play park in walking distance. Very convenient drive to other beach cities and to the sights we had planned. Excellent for our family, with two younger boys. Highly recommend. We would certainly use again if we were back in LA.
