Stevenson Beach Cottage is a mix of old charm with new conveniences. There are five bedrooms, three with queen beds and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is air conditioned, while the fourth bedroom features a double bunk bed and direct access to the internal courtyard. The second bedroom opens onto the front porch and has a desk and office chair. There is a small fifth room with a single bed for a 10th guest.
The well equipped kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher is situated in the middle of the house surrounded by a breakfast nook and dining room featuring an eight seat dining table for entertaining. The air conditioned sitting room opens onto the back deck with partial views to the harbour.
Another lounge area boasts a large television, board games and access to WIFI. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry along with a second toilet. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.
There is off street parking for 1 car in the garage and 3 cars in the back courtyard.

A wonderful house in the perfect location for a relaxed week in Newcastle. Close to beaches, cafes & restaurants it made for a great family holiday. Spacious enough for 2 families of 4, it suited us to a tee!
Perfect location to see and do things in Newcastle! Well arranged living spaces for a group. Great to have Wifi access and full laundry. A real home away from home.
My friends and I had a great time! The property was clean and in a great location near the beach. The booking process and check in were easy and there was good communication with the owners.
This property is in an amazing location. You have the beach and the harbour only a short walk away. There was aircon in the living room and main bedroom. The other bedrooms had fans except for the last room which had nothing. This room is also quite small which was fine for us as we had the kids share bedrooms but it may be more of an issue for others. The property fits 3 cars, which is a bonus, as it is paid parking on the street. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay at this property again.
Our family really enjoyed our stay- the house is spacious and has many different areas to relax in. The location is perfect- close to all of Newcastle’s most iconic beaches. Our hosts were responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.
The location to two beaches in walking distance was excellent.
The kitchen was well catered with everything you needed. There was more than adequate private parking for cars. The space provided comfortable room for 6 people or more. It proved to be a very good stay.
