Pier Point South Unit 26 is a condo town house located on Anastasia Island, St. Augustine Beach, Florida. The condo can be summed up in three words: comfortable, convenient, and relaxing.

The cottage-like decor is perfect for up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms, a twin sofa sleeper, and 2 1/2 baths. You have plenty of room for everyone to relax inside or on the balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and a stunning view of the ocean.

Pier Point 26 is conveniently located next to the St. John's County Pier and Park. You can visit the Wednesday Market where you can shop for fresh and prepared foods, arts, and crafts. The area contains a small water park for the youngsters and a variety of musical concerts and small events for everyone in the park's pavilion. Also conveniently located are several great restaurants and shops that are within walking distance of the complex.

If you want to venture out, historic St. Augustine city is a quick 5 minute drive. Museums, shops, eateries, historical sites, and recreational activities await the adventurer.

The experiences you choose for your visit will ultimately come "home" with you to Unit 26 where you can kick your feet up, relax, and enjoy the sights and sounds of beautiful St. Augustine Beach.

Above and beyond!!

The unit is clean and really comfortable, we enjoyed our time/view off the balcony, it was very hot, but the breeze from the ocean made it better, we were able to sit out there and enjoy our time outdoor. The unit is clean and well maintained, kitchen is well stocked, you have everything that you need to make a small or large meal. Location is a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine as well as many places to eat within walking distance. Unit is as advertised no unexpected surprises. The only thing that I would suggest is maybe privacy curtains in the living room, other than that, an excellent place to spend some time at the beach with your family/friends. Communication with owner is easy and quick. Thank You, this made for a memorable birthday weekend!!

Clean and Comfortable Vacation Home Away From Home

First of all the condo was very clean, this is the most important thing to me and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness. This condo was decorated so cute! I traveled with my adult daughter and we really appreciated that we each had a full bathroom and our own bedroom upstairs. This enabled us to both take showers at the same time when we were getting ready for supper after a long day at the pool and beach. Shirley was an amazing host! Very kind and easy to work with. Conveniently located gem!

We had an absolutely terrific stay at this property. Shirley is an amazing host. She communicated in a timely manner, answered all questions, and accommodated our every need. This condo is in the most convenient location, walk to the beach, the pier or any number of restaurants for happy hour or dinner! If you forgot something, you'll find Shirley has it there for you. The pool is sparkling clean and from the balcony you overlook the pool out to the ocean. So relaxing! Thank you, Shirley, we will be back again. Cheers!

Great stay!!!

The location was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. You can watch the surfers from the balcony. Check in was super easy. Shirley makes sure everything is ready for you and lets you know immediately if there’s anything you need to know! The AC was being serviced but done before we got there but she still gave us a heads up. She replied immediately when we had a question. The unit is spotless! You’d never know it was on the beach!! We would definitely stay again!!

Great location and accurate listing

Check in process was easy and quick, everything was very clean, all instructions were clear and concise, and Shirley provided all the amenities one could need. There are flights of stairs involved so not a great place if wheelchair accessibility is needed but was perfect for the girls trip I had. Accessing the pool was easy and very nice, the beach was fun and not hard to get to by walking to the road and going in that way, plus she had some beach hats that were a life saver in the hot sun!

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect location to restaurants, the beach, pier, pool available. We had a great time and this was the perfect place for us as there was room for us all together or to have our own space. Loved the balcony that overlooked the pool and the ocean. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Also, plenty of towels and blankets. Next time that we visit, we will definitely be staying here. Thank You!

Wonderful getaway. Clean, comfortable, relaxing.

This property was great! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the partial view of the ocean from the balcony while keeping an eye on those enjoying the pool in late fall. Easy walk to the beach area (climbing over some large rocks may be required at high tide when water comes up to the steps). Next door to decent pizza and donut locations is a nice bonus! Complex needs to fix the exit button from the pool area as requiring the entry key fob to leave the gate is a potential safety issue. St. Augustine has a lot to offer so I would stay here again next time we return to the area!

Summer vacay

Location was great even with no direct beach access due to the hurricane last year, access was just a few steps away next to the property. Awesome resturants within walking distance, loved ice cream at Rita's next door. Beach was great, pool was nice, condo was very pretty, comfortable and we felt right at home.

A new family tradition!

Our stay went above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfection, the condo was beautiful and our host was incredibly communicative. We have already booked for next year, it is THAT wonderful. We are convinced St. Augustine is the best place to “beach it” and this is the best condo in town!

Wonderful place and a great location

My family and I had a wonderful time at Pier Point South. Shirley was extremely easy to communicate with and work with. When you walked into the condo, it looked, felt, and smelled very clean. It was close to the beach and pool. This place is also within walking distance of 4 restaurants and has a to-go pizza place right next door. I would 100% stay at this place again and highly enjoyed my stay.

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful condo, perfect location! Shirley is great!

This was one of our best vacations. The condo was perfect, very clean and updated, within walking distance to everything. The beach and pool was within walking distance. Restaurants and desserts were within walking distance. The area was very safe and just awesome! It was so great this is going to be one of our yearly go to places! You will not be disappointed staying at this condo within this location! Perfect vacation! Shirley is absolutely great to rent from, the condo was stocked with everything!

Great location!

I brought my mom here for an early Mother's Day getaway. We loved the location! The condo is right on the beach and also has a pool. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice towels and good water pressure in the showers. We could walk to several nearby restaurants which was great! Highly recommend!

We spent three nights at this nice property. Everything was as-stated online. The owner, Shirley, was very sweet and communication throughout our time there was great! This VRBO property is the most well-equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. That made our stay extra comfortable. The property had a great view overlooking the pool with a good side view of the ocean. The only negative was that the beach sustained lots of damage from Hurricane Nicole in 2022. We understand from the owner that the beach is scheduled for work starting in May. We could stilll access the beach via a neighboring property. It only took about 10-12 minutes to drive into town, so, not too bad from that standpoint. We would recommend this property.

We totally enjoyed the location of the property.

Thought the direct access to the beach was damage by storms it was still very easy to get to the beach. We spent our morning coffee on the balance overlooking the pool and the beach. Wonderful restaurants, donut shop and ice cream all right here.
