A dream lake house retreat: Walk-out level offers 2 bedrooms with attached 2 full baths, large very comfortable family room with pool table, and full kitchen. Magnificent water views from every room. Walk out to level lot and spacious outdoor siting area and commercial grade bar and grill. Take Kayaks out for an early morning sun rise. South side of Lake Keowee is just minutes from Clemson University and Seneca.

Rent a boat or jet skis that could be delivered right to the dock. Come enjoy the magnificent deep water of Lake Keowee and the many lake activities: boating, jet skiing, fishing, and of course swimming. Take a short boat ride over to the Falls, the jumping off rock; or have lunch at the Tiki Hut or Light House restaurants. Enjoy the wonderful out door bar and siting area, perfect for enjoying lake living after a day on the lake. The flat back yard is perfect to play croquet, corn hole, or badminton.

This space is perfect for a romantic get away or a couples retreat.

Beautiful lake get-away

Sylvie and Mike have a beautiful home on the lake. We need to get back in the future to fully take advantage of the location as it was cold and rainy the whole 3 days. But Sylvie really makes you feel welcome in her pre-arrival communications and the game day tailgating pass at their rental property is very convenient to the stadium!

Nice Lakehouse

The house is very nice and so is the outside kitchen/sitting area. The yard and lake access are great. The neighborhood is quite. The only drawback is that it is just the lower level of the house, but that is well explained when renting. I would recommend it.

Beautiful water front home. Our host Sylvie made it easy for our arrival and departure. Very clean and comfortable with lots of space and activities for any age. We enjoyed relaxing and the view of Lake Keowee. Hard to leave, such a great place. Would definitely love to return. Great property! Nice spot on the lake with low boat traffic. Kids loved the floating mat, jumping off the dock, and rolling down the hill!

July 4th stay

We had an excellent experience on Lake Keowee. Mike and Sylvie were fantastic hosts. Our family enjoyed the lake, the kayaks, and all the other recreational activities provided at the house. We hope to go back, and if we do, we will definitely stay here.

Lake house heaven

Sylvie and Mike were very gracious and helpful owners. They live on site in the top of the house, but definitely respected our privacy yet made themselves available when we had questions or needed help. Also, the entire gorgeous back yard was ours for the week with beautiful dock, outdoor kitchen/bar, lawn games, grassy yard, beach, kayaks, and canoe. We loved every minute!

Columbus Day Weekemd

We came to visit our son who is a freshman at Clemson. It was great to have a relaxing place to gather for his Fall break. Our hosts could not have been nicer. Very peaceful setting and plenty of activities for our kids (ping pong, badminton, etc).

Heavenly Stay on Keowee

Mike and Sylvie's home was absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. Everything was perfectly immaculate, and the owners could not have been more friendly and helpful. Keowee is an incredible escape, and this home took the experience to the next level.

After spending every 4-day weekend, holiday and school break on Lake Keowee for the past seven years, my husband and I felt it was "now or never" : We decided to move from Cincinnati to Lake Keowee. It has been a blissful dream ever since. It hasn't hurt that our daughter is on the rowing team at nearby Clemson University. ( GO TIGERS !!!!!)
I am a realtor for Lake Keowee Real Estate, and Mike works for Kroeger Marine Construction. ( they put in Docks and Rocks as they like to say). So if your interested in getting a place on the lake, I can inform you on all aspects of the Lake from the northern tip to the southern end. Mike can guide you regarding dock permits, water levels and shoreline stabilization. We know the Lake.
Many of our friends who thought Michigan or the coast of Florida was the place to go, have completely changed their minds after seeing Lake Keowee.
It truly is magical here. Come join us!!!!

Why they chose this property

This property is beautiful. Arguably one of the best views on the lake, all while being protected from boat traffic. Only boats that come into cove are owners, so dock isn't rocked by boats. Can enjoy large 4 person raft or lay out in lounge chairs. Also great location on the Lake .
This space is perfect for a romantic get away, or a couples retreat. However, it is not recommend for small children.

What makes this property unique

Use of Kayaks, cornhole game, croquet game and badminton game.
We normally live on upper level of home, or when we are gone, we have a house sitter who is available when needed. You can enter through lower level patio with key code, and there is a private locked door separating the upper space from the lower space.
You can rent a golf cart for an additional fee of $50. per day. ( Must be an adult to drive golf cart)
