Revel in an exclusive penthouse level beach condo at the Lorelei II in one of only a few rentals available in the primarily owner-occupied condo building overlooking a family friendly swimming pool with free sun! This freshly painted 2BR/2BA condo RENTS SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ONLY sleeps 6 and is located across the street from fabulous Northside Park and a just a few short walking blocks to the beautiful white sandy beach voted as one of the country’s best by Coastal Magazine. Appreciate a less crowded beach and sunny areas not shaded by large, towering buildings. It is easy to get to, clean, and beautiful.
The park side condo, which has been professionally decorated and furnished, freshly painted and is meticulously clean, is smoke free and follows CDC sanitizing guidelines and located in the quiet section of North Ocean City. It offers a well maintained and fully equipped kitchen with place settings for 12, 50" Samsung flat screen TV with DVD player in the LR, Samsung LED flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms, new full-size washer / dryer, and Free Wi-Fi. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, separate double sink vanity/make up area, and newly renovated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a full-size bed along with a twin bed. In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper.
Enjoy cocktails on the NEW balcony furniture during the sunset because “It’s five o’clock somewhere.” The storage room has for your use: 3 large beach carts, (7) beach chairs, (3) beach umbrellas, (4) boogie boards, three (3) noodles, (2) crab traps, (2) crab nets and a large bucket full of sand toys. So, bring your sunscreen, beach towels, and linens and come and enjoy your beach vacation! Check out our YouTube video "Beach & Bay Lorelei II Unit 404". There is private off street covered parking for two (2) vehicles. Sorry, no pets due to a condo policy and there is no smoking on the premises.
Northside Park (58 acres) offers crabbing, fishing, kayaking along with the walking/jogging paths, biking, children’s playground, yoga area, free exercise/fitness equipment, rest rooms, grilling facility, and a pavilion. A perfect location for out of town visitors participating in softball, lacrosse, and soccer tournaments. Every Sunday (July-August) enjoy “Sundaes in the Park” where musical groups perform for free and kids make their own Sundaes. On the 4th of July experience front row seats to the fireworks from the Lorelei II.

An amazing condo and beautiful stay in a quiet, very family friendly location!

To say this condo and location was amazing is an understatement. It is located bayside in North O.C., which offers a much more quiet beach experience. It is right next to Northside Park and with 2 children, this offered a great addition to the beach. The park has a huge playground, trails, ponds, and offered concerts on Sundays with fireworks to end. Beach access is easy and only a 5 min walk. The condo itself is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. It seems to be a very family oriented complex as well away from the younger beach goers. It comes with a storage closest that has everything you could possible need for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and a wagon, which was perfect to transport all the beach gear. The condo has a good size balcony overlooking the pool. The condo is also within walking distance of several great eateries. And communication was nothing short of perfect. We unfortunately had a very difficult family emergency during our trip that cut our stay short. John was beyond understanding and offered very individualized communication for which we were very appreciative. John sends good info prior to the stay. He even checked in after the 1st night and gave us info on a nearby rocket launch at night to watch. I couldn't recommend John's condo enough. We were lucky to have found this condo available and hope to stay again.

Awesome property and location

Beautiful condo, had everything we needed! Great location for beach and anything else we wanted to do. Easy parking, quick walk to beach. Condo was as described, beds comfy, and very well-appointed kitchen and any other supplies needed. Loved sitting on balcony in morning and evening !

Relaxing Late Summer Getaway

This condo had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway, including a location that can't be beat - far away from the craziness of the boardwalk, right next to Northside Park, where we saw a beautiful, majestic heron fishing for its breakfast on one of our early morning runs. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need to eat most meals in if you want to. However, there are lots of places to eat within a couple of blocks - Tequila Mockingbird, Dumsers, Starbucks, Grotto Pizza, Uber Bagles - you can leave your car parked and not worry about driving if you have an adult beverage (or more than one)...John is very easy to reach whenever you have any questions. Everything about this place was just what we needed for our stay.

I would highly recommend this home to any ocean city “goer”. The place was beautiful and very welcoming. The owner John was very easy to get a hold of and gave us a great vacation spot. Hopefully I can rent this place again for two weeks next year instead of one!

Beautiful condo

We just loved the place. Far from the hustle and bustle from the boardwalk but plenty to see, do and eat within walking distance. John was an amazing host! He sent very detailed info about checking in and out, favorite places to eat, and what to do in the area. The condo was well stocked with the basics that we just needed sheets, towels, and clothes. If you’re looking for a great place with a great view and quiet but close to the bay and to the ocean— look no further. This is where you need to stay!

What's not to like?

This is a beautiful condo, smartly decorated and thoughtfully supplied. It's in a convenient location, and backs onto a park that faces the Bay. Walking to the beach is easy-peasy, parking was no problem. The AC worked, everything in the kitchen works, we had no problems. This was great, and John, the owner, was easy to contact and talk with.. Highly recommended!

Good vactaion

The condo is in a convenient location close to the park, beach, and restaurants. We found it to be extremely helpful that the condo was well stocked with small conveniences (e.g,. ziplock bags) that saved us from daily trips to the store. We will definitely consider staying here for a future vacation.

Beautiful bayside condo!

The condo was beautifully decorated and everything you could possibly need. Lovely balcony which overlooked the pool was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunset. Located steps away from a fantastic community park which has weekly fireworks and concerts and more! Very convenient to the beach (easy two block walk) and great restaurants nearby. The owner John was easy to work with and super friendly offering great info and tips. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect get-away with everything you need at your fingertips

This is our third year this condo. We keep coming back because it is beautifully appointed (recently updated), clean, spacious, perfectly located and the owners provide so much in the way of the necessary items for cooking, comfort and the beach that it feels like a second home. They are easily contacted, organized and always ready to ensure their renter's satisfaction. We spend our days rarely using the car. We walk to the bay to crab (buckets, line and crab traps provided) in the absolutely gorgeous Northside Park. We walk to the beach (beach cart, sand toys, and chairs provided) and to stores and local restaurants. The pool is always clean, plenty of seating and lots of fun. I highly recommend this rental, but please don't take my week :).

Wonderful Vacation!

As a family of five, this was our first vacation and it was lovely. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week away from home. It was so nice to be able to borrow umbrellas, sand toys, chairs, and the beach cart rather than having to bring them with us from home. The kids loved the pool! I really appreciated the detailed notes that the owner sent out in advance of our stay as well as the instructions for use for some of the items around the condo. The owner was in contact with us during our stay in order to make sure everything went well. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful experience!!

My husband and I, along with our 3 grandchildren stayed here for 4 nights. We had an awesome time. Everything was just as explained in the rental information and so much more. We normally stay at the other end of Ocean City ,so this was a change for us. The location was great. The grandkids loved the Northside Park for crabbing which was right next to the condo. There were many places to eat and grocery stores in walking distance. The condo we stayed in was beautiful! Beautifully decorated and very clean. The bedding was comfortable and extra pillows which is a plus. It had everything you need. The storage closet had everything we needed for the beach which was only a few blocks walk. The property also has a beautiful pool . The owner was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again in the future.

Beautiful condo-close to everything!

My family just got home from a week at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. My kids loved how close it was to Northside Park, we walked there almost everyday. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Very clean and quiet

The condo was a block from the beach, couldn't ask for anything better. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet. We didn't test out the pool but it looked clean as well. There were nice big tv's in each bedroom and the living room. The only thing was the bed was fairly uncomfortable. But we had a great visit and would stay there again.

Great location--peaceful and proximate!

The condo is beautiful, and supremely well located--just a block and a half away from the beach, but far enough north of the boardwalk that it is quiet and peaceful. Some great restaurants nearby, too--we loved the Parched Pelican! Thanks for a great stay.

Great place to stay!

We enjoy staying near the Northside Park so we always try to book a place to stay at the Lorelei I or II. This is the first year we stayed at the Lorelei II and your place was the nicest unit we stayed at and we like the larger pool. We also liked how we were given access to the storage room outside the condo that way we could store all our beach stuff and not worry of tracking sand through the place. It was beautifully decorated & had everything we could possibly need. We walked the short distance to the beach, as well as to the bay. It's so convenient & perfectly located. We would definitely book again if available. Thanks again, the Cruz family.

Great OC MD vacation rental

Perfect for us. Right across the street from the beach, bay and 52 acre park with tons of activities. Close walking distance to several restaurants, stores and mini golf. Rental slept 6 comfortably, kitchen fully stocked with all necessities, storage closet stores everything you need for the beach and bay. Very clean and nice pool. All 4 of my teenagers were very happy with plenty to do. Will rent again!!

Our family has vacationed at the Lorelei II for many years. We loved the location to Northside Park and the short walk to the beach. A newer building located in north Ocean City is in a quiet section of town near the Delaware line and is convenient to access. The property is family oriented with a great pool. The beach is not shadowed by larger tower buildings during the afternoon and provides sun all day.
