Head to the JUICE BAR OR SPROUTS (they deliver) for a healthy treat or The Frothy Monkey and Starbuck's for coffee on your way to a picturesque country drive or trip into Nashville .
Nashville is a convenient 20 minute drive away for The Country Music Hall of Fame, The Grand Ole Opry at the Ryman Auditorium, the upscale Frist Art Museum, The Nashville Symphony, Predators Hockey, Titans Football, Southern Foodie Cuisine, Music City Breweries and other Music City events. Looking for relaxation?

Visit to Franklin

The house worked out great for our weekend visit! The fenced backyard is great if you are bringing your pup. Franklin is a very cool town with lots of great restaurants. Would definitely come back

Great options for young couple looking to get the benefits of Nashville and Franklin. You can walk to Franklin. Great backyard for a dog and grilling out. Great weekend getaway

Comfortable Relaxing Vacaction Home

You can walk to amazing downtown Franklin. Comfortable home in a superb neighborhood. Easy drive to Opryland, ryman, Nashville! So accessible. Great walking parks close by. We stayed long enough to go food shopping and cook. Kitchen is fully equipped!

Cozy cottage

Great location - walkable to Franklin - but on a quiet street. Stayed with my dogs who loved the yard and ability to walk into downtown. Halloween in Franklin is rather festive! House is clean and has what you need. Communication with owner was quick and easy!

wonderful property in a classic southern town

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is nice and quiet and it worked very well for us and our dogs. We had never been to Franklin before. We were able to get to Nashville for our concert and then enjoy this small southern town the rest of the weekend. Very comfortable little cottage and we would happily stay there again.

Great location

Location to downtown was great. The floors squeak terribly so be prepared to get woke up if someone raids the fridge at night. The toilet will also give you a thrill, but all said and done we enjoyed our stay.

Very Convenient location, cute house

Very cute house, just enough room for our family of four. Very convenient to downtown Franklin and a pretty central area to explore from. We hiked Old Stone Fort State park, in Manchester, about an hour away and would highly recommend. Trail is less than 1.5 miles, and the waterfalls are beautiful! The small back porch was lovely for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The owner was quick to communicate if we needed anything and was very considerate of our comfort. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful spot for a quick weekend stay!

This is a full house with washer, dryer, and a full kitchen, plus a fenced in yard. We had a wonderful time, and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Walking distance from downtown, and a very pretty neighborhood.

Property and location were perfect. Either for a well needed disconnect, or in the area for a purpose... This house is all you need and it is close enough to checkout everything Williamson and Davidson counties have to offer.

This Home was perfect for Me my sister and two toddlers ages 3 and 4. Wonderful backyard for the kids to play in. We didn’t cook but if you wanted to the kitchen had everything you would need.We drove to downtown Franklin which was less than a 5 minute drive. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. 😊

Clean as a whistle!

We really enjoyed this cute little house. Monisa was a great host; easy check-in, good communication, snacks, coffee (the good stuff), extra blankets, extras for the dogs. She thought of everything. I would stay here again.

We love to spend time in Franklin, which is close to Nashville, but a little more relaxed. The antiques, restaurants, shopping, history, horses and festivals, or a trip to Arrington Vineyards or Leiper's Fork, make Franklin the perfect little small town where families and friends gather and young couples can hang out and enjoy the eclectic goings -on in the area. Just 20 minutes drive, Nashville offers big-time sporting events and concerts. Enjoy the new Nashville vibe of great restaurants, venues and events.

What makes this property unique

Relax in the private, fenced back-yard. Take a stroll into Downtown Franklin....maybe start your day at one of the coffee houses or juice bars. Or, have biscuits and gravy at a southern cafe. Walk down picturesque Fair St. or W. Main St. and then shop and have lunch on the square.
