Located next to the Ritz-Carlton, this newly remodeled and newly appointed 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo sports 2 king bedrooms and 1 with 2 Queens! Each bedroom has a full private bathroom with a 4th bathroom off the living area – perfect after a day at the beach for groups preparing for dinner at one of the many excellent local restaurants! The unit has four balconies and overlooks beautiful Cowpet Bay with stunning views of St. John. A full kitchen allows you to eat in after a busy day if you so choose or gives you a great place to reheat your leftovers. The beach on property is calm and beautiful and is only steps from the pool and hot tub – separated only by the pool bar. Pool, tennis court, and hot tub access is included in the rental. The community is gated and is manned by security in the evenings and through the night. This condo sits in a beautiful niche carved out of the paradise that is St. Thomas.

Fantastic Stay!

We enjoyed the place very much! Great communication from the owner. Filled me in on all the local go to places. Clean condo stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. Beach literally a minute walk. Restaurants on site. Perfect location to explore other areas of the island.

This place was great, a true gem of St Thomas! Our biggest problem was who got the loft bedroom upstairs as everyone wanted it! Great views just as you see. The property was awesome with great places to eat and drink, an outstanding waterfront and pool area, as well as spacious accommodations. Speaking with the owner prior to getting there, she made it so easy, and told us literally everything we needed to know! Close to Red Hook for the ferries to go to St John, yet nestled away in a quiet and comfortable space. I cant recommend this enough!!

Amazing stay at Elysian

Stayed in Sue’s 3 bedroom unit Jan 5-12. We were a family of 7 - with 5 adult children. Unit was extremely spacious and kitchen was very well stocked - she even left a basket with sunblock and bug spray for us to use. Loved relaxing at the beach and the pool /hot tub. location in red hook was very convenient. Even though she was off island , she was very responsive to any of our requests/inquiries. Would Defintely love to come back and stay in this beautiful unit !

Sue’s condo was the perfect place for my family and I. It’s a great location with a perfect set up for a family of eight and very easy to go to the pool and beach. Lots to do here for a week.

We loved Sue’s property!

Our family of 7 made our first trip to St. Thomas and stayed at Sue’s home for 5 days and 4 nights. The stay was incredible! There was plenty of room for everyone in our family and the view from each balcony was breathtaking. Sue went above and beyond with communicating and ensuring we had the perfect stay. She also provided numerous recommendations for food, drinks and activities in the area. If we visit St. Thomas again, we will definitely be booking another stay at one of Sue’s rentals.

Paradise for sure

This property was beautiful. Everything you need is there. The unit was well equipped. The loft was framed in which added privacy for the couple sleeping there. The beach was perfect, great snorkeling. The restaurants on the property were excellent. The owner was easily accesible and made the visit wonderful.

Great Vacation

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. One of the AC units broke during our stay and Sue had it fixed very quickly. She is an excellent communicator and went over everything before our stay. Cowpet Beach is a beautiful place to stay and very convenient! Will definitely be back!!

Great location, great condo, great time

St. Thomas is an amazing place and this condo at the Elysian Resort in Red Hook was in the perfect location. The unit has been recently updated and had tons of space to relax between excursions. Beds were all super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to cook your meals, lots of spices and condiments so you don't have to spend a ton to buy a something you will only use a bit of. They could use a new coffee pot, but a minor issue. The resort itself was very nice including the great pool and beach that we never struggled to find a chair or place to relax. Being in Red Hook you are close to all the great restaurants and excursion launch points. Sue, the host, was amazing with her communication and very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place for stay on amazing Island.

Fun family vacation, relaxing and spacious condo!

From my first communication with Sue when I needed to change our dates, to our last moments at her condo, Sue’s attention to detail was excellent. The condo was large and the beds were comfortable. My whole family enjoyed a relaxing time at the pool and beach. The food at the Caribbean Fish Market right on property was delicious. We had three different meals there. And you can’t beat the yummy drinks at Sangrias while soaking up the sun!! Would definitely suggest Sue’s place to friends and family!!

Simply amazing

The condo was amazing, just like the pictures!! The location was perfect it was a 5 minute drive to Secrets beach and about a 10min drive to Coki beach (my fav) We didn't really care for the pool to many kids. The hot tub was not the cleanest and the last two days it was impossible to get towels no matter the time but let me tell you that was not a problem! Sues condo was stocked with Everything from towels to silverware!! I would definitely recommend this very spacious clean condo and I would definitely stay here again!! My 17, 23 and 22 year old loved it especially the rooftop. The view is amazing. A car is definitely needed

Pre Christmas Trip to the Islands

This property was fantastic. Our trip consisted of me,my husband,our daughter (10),and our best friends and their 2 daughters (7 & 2). We are quite familiar with the island and love this location due to the restaurants on property. Sangria’s is great for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner. Caribbean Fish Market has an amazing Sunday Brunch or dinner each evening. The place is just as advertised. All three bedrooms have ample space and private baths. The loft bedroom offers great privacy, as it has been closed off and has a door. All the beds were very comfortable, the AC’s worked very well, which hasn’t always been the case everywhere we have stayed. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the updates made to the space were stunning. Having the beach towel service through resort was also a very nice perk. If I had to provide a negative it is the views. They are not the stunning views that you sometimes find in other areas of the Island, however, the amenities make up for it. Sue is AMAZING. Instead of just emailing or sending information through VRBO, she made a personal phone call. She provided so many great little nuggets for the stay. As seasoned travelers to the USVI’s, Sue shared some hidden gems. We have never stayed in the same place twice, just to change it up. I would say that we would definitely stay at this property again. We didn’t want to leave…

My family and I stayed at Sue’s rental property for a 6 day trip to St Thomas and we absolutely loved it! Sue had great communication with us from start to finish. The condo is immaculate… we did not want to leave! It was so clean, comfortable & stocked with all the necessity you may need. It was also easy access to get to the beach & lobby area. We will definitely book again on our next trip to St Thomas.

Family Vaca

It was wonderful from beginning to end. We knew exactly what to expect. The condo was spotless and beautiful. Sue gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to go eat, shop, play. We rented our car that seats 8 from her and that was the best thing for getting around the island. Learning to drive on the left side of the road and adapting to how the locals drive was quite the experience but it was an awesome time. Would recommend 1000% and go back to rent from her again without a doubt.

Island Gems! 5 Star!

This property and this host are absolute gems! We loved our stay, highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here or with another one of Sue's properties again. First, the property. This was a top floor, two level condo that was spacious, well appointed, clean and in a perfect location. Looking out over the resort, it was a convenient walk to the pool, beach and restaurants on property. The beach and pool were perfect for families with snorkeling and water sports activities available. The rooms were exactly as pictured, in good condition, with beautiful, well maintained decor. Next, Sue was an absolute delight. She invested time in a call to answer questions about our stay and provide recommendations on services, restaurants and activities on the island, as well as various travel tips. It was obvious she really wanted us to enjoy our trip and the island, not just her property. We rented a Jeep through Sue as others had recommended, and it was such as nice touch and very convenient to not have to spend time at a rental facility. We're so grateful to to have found Sue and her property and absolutely recommend to anyone considering St. Thomas.

Our Family has enjoyed this property for years (and still do!) We have given it all the amenities as our home away from home and we are now sharing it with you! We have completely rebuilt and remodeled the interior after the hurricanes and it is ready for prime time!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of its location. It is in the desirable East End, near the Ritz Carlton and a stones throw from Red Hook and the ST. John's Ferry. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained and the beach is a hidden gem! The restaurants on property are excellent and there are plenty of options nearby. We felt we couldn't go wrong, and we haven't been disappointed!
