This modern updated two-king-bedroom condo is in a serene mountain resort community, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The unit is maintained by Its owner so that you will have a well-taking-cared place for peace of mind.
Each bedroom has its comfy king-size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, bedside lamps, and a separate marble-tiled bathroom with a Riverstone floating vanity. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and new appliances. The living room is a wonderful place to relax watching TV with surrounding sound or listening to music with a Bluetooth connection, the wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, complemented by a natural stone lined-up wall that adds a touch of elegance. Each room has ceiling fans, and task lighting throughout for the enjoyment and mood setting.
The stunning 180-degree picturesque mountain scenery in the morning or evening while sipping coffee and tea. This end unit provides additional windows, It's great for two couples or a family with up to 2 kids. Great fast speed in-unit wifi and cable TV Service included. Wedding anniversary and birthday

Never could find it. Bad directions. Went to top of mountain. Couldn't find weber street. The host gave bad directions. Or the streets are out dated. Just lost 800.00. Ended staying in town. Gatlinburg is a must place to visit. For family or couples. So my first time to rent cabin not good. So i give 1 star. But i blame the host. She just wanted the money.

The condo was quaint, immaculate and with a great view! Communication with host was quick and easy. Beautiful higher end touches to the condo make the view both inside and out great :)

Condo was great and especially the view

The condos are billed as having the best view of the Smoky Mountains and they were right. Every morning we were treated to a wonderful view of the Smoky Mountains. The condo was very comfortable for two couples, would highly recommend this condo. Tom Brink

It was ok

My family stayed at the end of July into the first week of August. We enjoyed downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. The resort was a little disappointing. The swimming pool is very small and a very strong smell of chlorine that burned your eyes if you stayed in the room too long. The Restaurant was closed which was never communicated to us and it doesn't sound like it is opening back up. I was told by the front desk that they were trying to figure out what to do with the space. Again, wish we would have been told this. The front desk staff upon check in seemed annoyed by my questions which were very typical questions. A couple of the bath towels had a strong smell of aftershave or cologne, so we decided not to use them in case they were never washed. Alot of the food from previous guests were left in the room. Without knowing where it came from or who left it, we didn't touch it. The light in the kitchen didn't work so seemed rather dark when in there. There was a rope hanging outside of one of the bedroom windows and we decided it must have been from when they painted because there was also some painting equipment on the lawn where our balcony was. It looked broke so we assumed they couldn't move it, not sure. We didn't spend much time at the resort due to these things and spent most of our time in Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. There is enough to do there to be gone from morning to night and that is what we did so mostly just slept in the condo and that was all. We will go back to the Smoky Mountains but not back to this resort.

Excellent view of the mountains and for bear sightings!!!

Everything about our stay was perfect from the condo itself, location, view of mountains from our balcony to the king-size beds that were very comfortable and multiple Black Bear sightings along the drive up to our condo! Only thing I would recommend would be to bring a fan if you like the quiet noise it offers at night as there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was clean and as expected per the pictures. The beds were comfortable. We had some unexpected visitors on the balcony on the last day of our stay. I believe the condos were having some painting done and they were dragging ladders up and down our balcony which was a bit inconvenient. We were heading out for the day anyways, so not the worst thing. They were gone when we got back.

View- Amazing!! Location was perfect - not to far away from the busy towns or hiking but far enough away to feel the relaxation! Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed!! Perfect for our Honeymoon! We will be back!

Quick Trip

Overall a good experience. The condo offices were helpful during check in and the on site restaurant was perfect for our late evening arrival. Condo was in decent shape but definitely not a five star type accommodation. Of your goal is the view like ours was it’s about as good as you can get. Place is older but clean. Drive getting to it is a fun one and location is great if you want to get outside of the crowd that tends to be Gatlinberg.

Good experience turned terrible

I stayed at this property at the end of Sept. and prior to the trip and during communication with the host was great. There was a broken sink in which the owners were going to come and fix but we didn't want to be bothered so we told them not to worry about it and they were going to give us a cleaning fee back. I sent her an email with a few things i noticed wrong with the property where the next guest might not be as understanding as we were. When she called me to talk about these issues, it ended with her accusing me of "drinking too much and not remembering" ripping her screen door -- which was already ripped when we got there and I had documented to ensure we wouldn't be charged. She rudely hung up the phone on me after threatening to charge me a damage fee. When the issue with the sink arose, I told her I wouldn't leave a bad review because the sink was not a big deal to us. But after the incredibly unprofessional and outright ignorant comments that were made towards me, I feel future guests should know the kind of woman and host they could be dealing with. To accuse someone of "drinking too much" when you don't know them (we didn't even drink any alcohol!) blows my mind.

Bear Sightings

The landlord was very friendly. The place is very nice. But I prefer more comforts, such as TVs in the bedrooms and more than one pan for cooking. I was surprised to hear about the set of stairs because we are older women. Overall we had a good time and we had two sighting of bears which was great from a distance.

Good but not great

Virginia was great at communicating! However, the apartment wasn’t the cleanest. The surfaces and things were clean, but there were cobwebs in the corners of the rooms with some spiders here and there. The headboard of the bed in the master was also pretty dusty. There was wadded up toilet paper under the bed and old gummy fruit snacks in the closet floor and the floors bubble//buckle in the hallway. The walls between apartments are PAPER thin. We could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying even with the tv on. The good traits were the view was incredible and the water pressure is strong. Overall not the best stay, but also not the worst.

Beautiful view

Everything was as described. Beds and couch were comfortable and having two full bathrooms was great. Like having hard surface floors instead of carpet. View was amazing and the pool and spa were great too. Had a small issue when we got there and property manager addressed it immediately, which was so nice. Great place to stay, relax and enjoy the mountains.

Gatlinburg Getaway

Positive: Views were beautiful plus we saw a mama bear and her cub in the resort parking lot. Kitchen was well equipped. Negative: Upstairs neighbors were very noisy and the condo could have been cleaner.

Good view, bad kitchen.

I understand we were early for check in but only by 20 minutes. The place was still dusty/cobwebs and the waffle maker was dirty. You can’t tell me they would have had that place cleaned in the extra 20 minutes. There was holes in the walls in several rooms. The furnace filter looked like it has never been cleaned. We bought a couple meals along to cook for dinner to save some money, bad decision. Had one frying pan that everything stuck to. The hood vent was not installed properly so I smoked this place out in a matter of minutes. The fridge was from the 1980s and kept our drinks luke warm. At least the A/C was cold all weekend and the beds and couch was comfy.

Nice place and beautiful views.

We enjoyed the beautiful views. The place is nice and great to have 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Wish they had a few more dishes, utensils and another large fry pan. Nothing to make pancakes on so bring your own griddle.
