2nd...but, not the last...stay!!

Great location--very peaceful and quiet! Those you see in the parking area and pool are very friendly. The Condo is beautifully decorated; clean and well maintained. It has most of the basics: paper products, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, coffee pods, games.... There is a pool and Hot Tub.....however, the Hot Tub is out of commission--per a resident, the Propane Tank must be inspected prior to being refilled and scheduling is an issue. I was disappointed as I had really looked forward to relaxing every night, soaking in the Hot Tub. All in all, a wonderful 3 day/4 night stay! I highly recommend this VRBO! The owner is fantastic to work with....just a text message away! THANK YOU, COLIN!

Always a wonderful stay

From the updated decor to the cleanliness of the unit, we always enjoy our stay while in pawleys. The unit provides everything we need, a great location and great communication with the host. These two units are the only place we will stay in the area and the only two we highly recommend to others.

Golfing Getaway

Great location on True Blue course, close to Caledonia Golf & Fish Club. Convenient to everything on Pawleys Idland. Very nice accommodations.

Love True Blue

The condo is comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was equipped with everything you need to spend a day at the beach. Great restaurants nearby. The True Blue community is set back off of Rt 17 on a golf course. Nice grounds, pools, and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to Murrell’s Inlet, Pawley’s Island, and Huntington Beach State Park.

Caledonia and True Blue Golf

This is a fantastic condo to stay to play Calidonia or a true Blue golf courses. Immaculate, clean and well appointed. Modern with nice porch overlooking lake and golf course. TV has plenty of streaming channel picks. Fabulous restaurants nearby and close to beach also. Owner was so nice to deal with. Recommend.

Nice surprise!

The property was completely equipped. We contacted the owner about one missing item and he quickly got back to us. Compact quarters but highly functional. So enjoyed the view of the water and the fourth hole of the golf course.

We liked the water and golf course view, but no course maintenance noise with the pond in between. Condo was a well maintained rental. Would rent it again!

Other than a few hiccups on arrival due to beautiful remodel it was perfect. Owner responded quick and got small issue resolved very fast. Will rent here again in future.

Weekend getaway

Enjoyed the condo and the stay. A great location and condo was clean and well updated. Only concern we had was the neighbor upstairs and what sounded like a young child running constantly. Realize that isn’t something the owner can control, just part of staying/living in communal space.

No matter where we are, we are always looking for authentic food, a local experience, and a good beer. On our trips, Jeannine usually hunts down a yoga class, while I find a local bar or something she deems too risky, like sky diving or scuba diving.

Our favorite trips were to Scotland and Slovenia, but Peru and Thailand are at the top of our growing list.

Why they chose this property

We live in Charlotte, but love the beach and weekend getaways. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds. We hope you'll enjoy our get away as much as we do. There are few things as calming as having your morning coffee on the back porch watching early morning golfers tackle the pond as they approach the 4th green.

What makes this property unique

This property enables owners and renters access to the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, yet it is not a hotel and certainly doesn't cost as much as a resort. Being located on the first floor means you don't have to lug your golf clubs upstairs and the outside closet is available for convenient storage. We LOVE to cook so the kitchen is actually stocked -- not just for vacationing, so if you want to make an actual meal, go for it!
