SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE !!! MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW !!!

So Close to the beach, you feel as though you can touch the water from your living room! Just updated in April 2022 with fresh paint and decor. This 2nd floor, NON-SMOKING, condo has breathtaking views from the living room, master bedroom and kitchen. Our 1100 sq ft condo has a king bed in master, and queen in guest bedroom, along with a queen sofa sleeper. Two full bathrooms (one with a tiled walk-in shower !) and full size washer and dryer. At present, the parking is Complimentary at no charge for up to 2 vehicles. If the Homeowners Association changes to paid parking, I will need to collect at that time. Nice large pool with partially covered areas with picnic tables and a grill.

Lovely place
Enjoyed this location with my husband and toddler. I had read about the bath not having a plug and managed to make my own. The porch is lovey. Unfortunately, the elevator was closed. Thankfully we only had to carry all our stuff (plus toddler stuff) and toddler up to the 2nd floor but rather inconvenient. There was a parade going on and we wanted to walk to it but noticed there aren’t any sidewalks. Driving was the safer option.

Nice unit on the beach with wonderful views! Loved the enclosed sun room - great spot to relax and enjoy the beach sights. Common areas on the property were cleaned daily - well kept up.

The property was great! Kim and John were super helpful keeping us informed about some building maintenance that was going on. The weather didn’t behave the way we wished, but we had a relaxing and much needed family vacation:)

Condo with amazing view
We love to stay in this condo. The view is spectacular! We love the location and the short walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and there is also a walk in shower. Kim was very helpful with anything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

"Great Beach Get Away"
The condo has a great view of the Gulf. The rooms are well furnished. We enjoyed the glassed in balcony and table on the deck. The beds are comfortable and the walk-in shower was helpful. the kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware we needed. we enjoyed our stay very much, and plan on staying again.

Great beachside getaway
This place was perfect for our needs. 3 adults, 2 kids. It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Pool downstairs, can walk to the beach in minutes. Host was very responsive to any questions. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean, view was amazing. 🙌

Pros Plenty of space for the 4 of us Location was excellent. Right on the beach A variety of pots, pans and kitchen supplies That a/c did not disappoint Loved the sun room King bed was very comfortable Bonus: washer and dryer Elevator worked Excellent communication between us and property managers Cons Not that it mattered to us but the tv in the master bedroom we couldn’t get to work. Mattress in the spare room needs to be replaced. And possibly changed to a queen at least Water pressure in the main bathroom shower was inadequate With all the said. We would definitely stay again

Very nice condo with awesome view! The condo had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. We loved the short distance to the beach. In fact, the view from sunroom was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely stay again!

Great location
We were totally satisfied. Hosts responded quickly. We only had one issue & that was at no fault of the owners. There had been a main water line break a few weeks before our arrival & the elevator was out, but we were on the 2nd floor, so even for an older adult like myself, it wasn't that big of a deal to walk up a few steps. The property is just as pictured, very comfortable & beautiful . Views were spectacular. Great location to all sites, restaurants & beach. Would recommend & will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts. Perfect!

Short weekend to catch up with friends
We are a group of girls young at heart, getting to gather to catch up. The layout of the condo was great. Everything was clean and well maintained. Loved the glassed in patio. Spent probably 75% of time there drinking coffee and tea in morning to leisurely enjoying the day visiting. We had a blast.

Beautiful sunrises
Enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets. Everything was close to our stay. Place was was clean and spacious. Owner provided all kitchen cookware and utensils. Though i was a bit disappointed that our mattress was out dated and the bed seemed broken. I was also surprised that there were very limited paper, cleaning products and condiments.

Loved the views & convenient 2nd floor location. Well equipped kitchen, great new fridge. Living room furnishing pretty dated & stains made them feel unclean, but bedding & linens were clean. Again loved the views.
