Lovely condo, excellent location on Spokane River!

Wow! This is an lovely corner unit condo that delivered belong expectations. The owner responded promptly with my numerous questions; the kitchen is well appointed including an easy to use Keurig coffee machine; the master bedroom's matress is a perfect amount of firmness with silky like sheets. The condo is within walking distance to many boutique shops, coffee, restaurants, and is next to the Centennially Trail for biking and walking. I highly recommend this place and can not wait to return again!

Outstanding

The condo was just as advertised, very clean and well equipped. Everything worked and all instruction were clear and easy to understand. The view from the third floor floor to ceiling windows awesome, it really made it hard to leave the place and go do anything, all I wanted to do was set and enjoy the view. The place is truly beautiful both the view and the condo it’s self, if you want a place to just get away and relax this is it.

No coffee maker! Didn’t tell us that Krupp was the only choice. Would have been nice to know as there were no pods so we had no coffee the first morning. Fortunately, Lee Peeps is right next door!

Killer Kondo on the River

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It definitely has the Wow Factor going with floor to ceiling doors and windows overlooking the Spokane river. The two sided balcony overlooks the river where you can watch boats come and go. The modern styling appealed to us and made us feel like we were on vacation. The location is superb, with easy access to shops, coffee and only 5 mins to the lake. And having Le Peep in the complex is a big plus as it makes a great breakfast/lunch spot. William communicated everything very clearly and the place was spotless. Exactly as advertised and we will definitely look this up for our next visit to the area.

Mostly Thumbs up.

FYI we own and operate a number of luxury short term rentals and enjoy super host status. Thumbs up. Location and view simply doesn’t get better than this. Kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Lovely roomy condo. 3 TVs. Bedrooms...well so so for a property of this caliber. Bedroom 2 is small but comfy bed. King leaves something to be desired. Mattress is quite firm and maybe that’s ok with you but it has a big wrinkle where top has shifted on right side. We were uncomfortable on it. (For two weeks) Pillows were a choice between extra firm or a lumpy alternative. No pillow protectors. Duvets/ lbedspread were satin but not the type that can be removed for washing. We would stay here again but just think more attention should be paid to a great bed for guests. Customer care not very warm and fuzzy. We pulled our car maybe 8-10” too far forward ( I’m not exaggerating) and were threatened that it would be towed away. Really? Took four attempts to get some one to clean a bit after our first week. And we were perfectly willing to pay for it. We will let owner/manager know about mattress but you might check if you think it might bother you.

ELEVEN

Early August stay. This property is an eleven on a scale of one to ten! We have used VRBO for many years, in ten different states and this was the best overall condo we have ever experienced. We love space, and this has lots of it. + Location, location, location. The proximity to terrific restaurants within walking distance, the vast walking path out the back door and the views...wow! Everything is there you might like or need including Alexa to tell you the weather report for the day, and play your favorite tunes!

Lovely and Comfortable

We stayed in this wonderful condo for 6 days in May 2019; having stayed in other condos in the same building previously, we already knew the views and location were great. But this condo was the nicest of all. Well appointed, with a kitchen with every thing a chef could want, the furnishings and decor were elegant. The bed was extremely comfortable, with cozy linens/comforters. We felt right at home here, So many things within walking distance to see and do, or just hang out on the balcony and take in the river views- and if you watch closely, there is an Osprey, and a pair of Bald Eagles that will entertain you as they fish and fly through the trees across the river from you. Thanks to Bill and the CDA staff for making our stay so great!!!

We'll Be Back

Great views of the Spokane River, walking distance to many restaurants and movie theater. Le Peep is a bit noisy in the mornings, but they close early afternoon and the area becomes relatively quiet. Unit is clean and in good repair.

Pleasant Vacation at a Pleasant Location..

Cleanness and Tidiness are options for everyone to take or break. William with his condo has made to take them. I stayed in his condo in 2017 and returned in 2019 and the same level of cleanness and tidiness persists. The condo has all required appliances and kitchenware to make the stay as easy as if you are home. Moreover, the condo has a beautiful view to Spokane river with a nice walk way right in front. The area is served with lots of restaurants of different verities that meets all tastes. Supermarket and shopping center are in the nearby. In short, it was a pleasant vacation at a pleasant location. Thank you William. Thank you VRBO.

Most comfortable condo in Coeur d'Alene

Let me preface my review with saying we have rented many vacation homes in and around Coeur d'Alene, including several in the Riverstone and Bellerive complexes. This condo is by far the best vacation home rental in the area. Access was easy and two keys were provided which was convenient. The building has secured entrance including the underground parking garage for an added layer of safety. The location is convenient to shopping, downtown and freeways. The condo was well furnished. The appliances are awesome. There was a top notch Keurig coffee machine, a Nest thermostat for easy temperature control, and a Amazon Echo for continuous music and such. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. Both bedrooms have windows, which isn't the case for all the 2 bedrooms in this complex, some units have no window in the 2nd bedroom which makes it feel claustrophobic, so that is a big plus in my book. The furnishings and finishes throughout the home are luxuriously tasteful. Last but not least can we talk about that view. As I mentioned before we have rented in this complex several times and we are no stranger to the gorgeous view of the Spokane River. With that said, it never ceases to take my breath away, and the view from the wrap around balcony is exceptional. As we sat in the living room admiring the view a majestic American Eagle flew by to give us a show. This is a must stay place, and we will definately be back.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! The condo is centrally located with a number of restaurants within walking distance. The unit is incredibly clean, well-organized, and spacious. The view is undeniably gorgeous. We found the added extras of things like laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and coffee pods to be a really nice touch to make our stay all the more comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Beautiful, Modern River Condo

Spiffy, modern condo on the Spokane River. Spacious kitchen, comfy beds and great deck and views. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck in the evening and having Alexa play our favorite music. We liked walking along the Centenial Trail right outside the door. We also walked to shops and great restaurants and wine bars. Terrific location. Would love to stay here again in the summer.

Amazing River view Condo

Majestic View and great location

It is even more beautiful than the pictures and a perfect place to stay for 2 couples. You walked in the door and the view was amazing and so inviting. The condo was spotless , very clean and we are picky. The kitchen had everything you would need and bedrooms, bathroom great. It is really one of the first times that we just wanted to stay at the condo and sit out side to have appetizers, drinks, watch the boats and look at the scenery. No place was better. We all really enjoyed our time and want to go back again. This is a great location and place to stay for 4-5 people. Thanks William you did not disappoint. Molly
