Conveniently located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II, this large 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom S. Kihei vacation rental offers ample space for everyone in your entire family/group to allow for maximum comfort. The owners were very thoughtful of the furniture, finishes and amenity choices they secured for their S. Kihei home in order to afford a well-kept atmosphere which allows for enjoying Maui even more special. The living area has a grand couch plus an armchair for relaxing that also turns into a sofa bed. The large balcony also has a full outdoor dining set for the days you just want a little more Maui. The kitchen features new countertops and new stainless-steel appliances.

The master bedroom in this unit has a king-size bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. One of the other bedrooms also has a king-size bed, and the other guest bedroom has a queen bed. One other bathroom has a walk-in shower and the other has a shower with a tub. Two bedrooms and the living room have new flat-screen televisions.

******This condo is located on the third floor of building T. There is No elevator in this building.

This home offers a washer and dryer in the condo. Keep cool with the ocean breezes, ceiling fans throughout, plus 3 window AC units. 8 guests maximum occupancy.

Short stop over
Stop over for four nights on Maui and wanted a walkable location to amenities. The condo was nice, and the kitchen was the best supplied I've ever seen.

Condo was comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children. Well equipped, with the exception that there was no salt and pepper in kitchen and not sufficient trash bags and no container for recycables. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas.

We had 8 adults in the unit. Very comfortable. We are all fit, so the 3 stories without an elevator was ok. Nothing in pantry as far a cooking supplies or spices. We left a few behind for the next. Also left a nice mattress cover for the sofa bed ( increased the comfort level) Only negative was that the AC units don’t blow very cold.

Perfect location for a family trip!
The location is amazing. Property is quick walk right to the beach. Most things are within walking distance. Place was beautiful and having full 3 bathrooms for a family of 8 was essential. It made our first trip to Maui that much better.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo near the beach
The main reason we picked this place was its location for a 3 bedroom, 3 queen or above beds which were hard to find. For 3 couples, this was perfect. Very clean, nice kitchen. There is also some beach gear which was very helpful.

A Nice Location in Maui
Other than a parking place fiasco at check-in (they changed their parking procedures 2 days before), we had a wonderful visit. The property, grounds and pools were all fantastic. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many restaurants.

Great family condo
We stayed here with our kids and my mom during our Maui vacation. We loved how spacious the condo was and how each room has it's own bedroom. The boogie boards and sand toys were an extra treat for our kids. Great location, easy walk to the beach!

We had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed except an air mattress which we bought and left behind. The beach chairs, umbrella and rafts were greatly appreciated. Our only issue was keeping the apartment cool, the AC units could be a little colder. Mahalo for a great time!!

Great Condo
This is a great property and the listing was accurate in all respects. Location was excellent. The condo was comfortable and convenient for our family of five. The selection of beach equipment was amazing. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not too bad. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. The AC units struggled to keep up. The bedroom without AC was uncomfortable. But overall, the unit was very good and we would come back again, especially because it had 3 bathrooms which is hard to find.

It’s set up very efficiently with three bedrooms and three full baths, which was very nice for our group. We also really enjoyed the fact that there was a full supply of beach chairs, and beach, umbrellas, and beach bags. The lanai was just wonderful. It was located so you were always comfortable no matter what the weather was, not too much sun, not too much shade, and even when it was raining, we never got wet. It has a nice large table with six chairs. Management was very responsive to any questions we had. We have been at this facility four times and we will definitely come back.

Didn’t have enough Towels and wash cloths and I left a jumpsuit in the closet that they kept
Bring your own bath towels and don’t forget anything in the unit because they will keep it. I left a bran new striped summer jump suit in the closet and either the owner or the cleaners kept it. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days almost 4 ooo dollars and I can’t even my clothes retuned back to me.

We loved it! Great location, very nice pool areas (2), very clean, the condo is very roomy (plenty of space for 8). The 3 bedroom beds were awesome; the pull-out bed was not as comfortable but still good & just fine for the 2 young boys who slept there. Very well stocked condo, A/C worked great (3 window units, each on a 6hr timer...initially seemed like it would be an issue, but it was not), washer/dryer was awesome (takes big loads), great dishwasher. If the building had an elevator (we were on 3rd flr), and was the first rather than last building in the complex, I'd have nothing left to suggest for improvements. 5 or 6 beach chairs & beach umbrella supplied in the condo (high quality for all). We found the condo unit to actually be roomier than it appeared in the pictures - usually we find the opposite. And, the staff provides generous amounts of initial stock for paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, dishwasher/laundry detergent (and people leave the extra they may have bought)...we've rented other condos where such initial provisions were disappointingly skimpy.Kamaole Beach Park II-right across the street-was perfect for our grandsons, ages 4, 6, 9 & 11. 5-6 minute walk from the condo, very nice beach. Waves big enough for kids to play in (0.5-2.5ft), boogie board & body surf a bit but (except on a few windy afternoons) not big enough to be too dangerous (always with proper close supervision of course).The kitchen has more dishes/glasses/cups/utensils/gadgets than you could expect, all of a very high quality. Even such things as tupperware, coffer grinder & esp/capp machine. Great kitchen. More towels/linens than you could possibly use (esp with washer/dryer). Nice balconies off all rooms.

Great Maui Vacation!

The three bedroom, three bathroom had absolutely everything we needed and more.The two bedrooms with King beds were very spacious; one has the laundry in it the other one has extra Linens. The third bedroom is adjacent with large doors opening into the living room... more ideal for a child/teenagers to use. We were a group of three couples so halfway through we drew straws and two couples switched rooms. However I found the queen bed more comfortable than the king bed. Each to their own.The rental came equipped with six Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas. We brought our own little folding cooler however you can easily buy one at the ABC Store to bring your beverages down to the pool or beach. The fridge was stocked with ice packs which is very convenient.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, pots, leftover containers and even a few basics that you need to get started such as coffee for the first morning, salt and pepper and some basic spices people left behind. There was nothing we could recommend to add. We found the condo to be very clean and well prepared for us. Access door key code parking was very easy to obtain.. No issues at all! I would like to note as the advertisement says... this is on the third floor of a building that does not have an elevator so if you are not good with stairs and would not like lugging your luggage up and down or making multiple trips to the pool, this place would not be for you. Our group had no issues. This building is located at the back of the property but right next to one of the two pools. The pool area and facilities were well maintained and clean including the BBQs. Maui Banyan is directly across from Kamoele Beach II and a very short walk to beaches I and III. Great location overall in South Kihei. And make sure while you're there to go and watch the sunset he'd be crazy not to! We would highly recommend this condo
