Great Family/Friends Getaway

This one bedroom, one bathroom unit has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and has features you will see in no other unit.

Located on the ground floor with garden access, you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sunrise or sip on a glass of wine while the sun sets.

The living room and bedroom both offer beautiful garden and ocean views with sliding glass doors that open to the patio where you will find a gas grill, a table with seating for 4 and 2 loungers perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.

The living room features a new queen memory foam sofa sleeper and a 55” Samsung Smart TV so you can access your favorite networks. Also included is a hotel safe for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a filtered water system and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. A starter supply of coffee pods is provided to use with the cuisinart coffee maker.

In the bedroom you will find a California King bed with a lighted etching on the back wall along with a 55” Samsung Smart TV. There is a dresser and a closet providing ample storage.

The bathroom features an extra large shower with an etched glass door, a rain shower head, a hand held shower head and a washer/dryer.

The unit has free WiFi and free phone service for calls to the United States and Canada. There are dominoes, playing cards and books available for your use.

Misiones resort maintains a 24/7 guard gated entrance and is a very safe community. There are two large swimming pools, a swim up Palapa bar and free parking. There is a small convenience store located on site with Costco and Walmart nearby.

There are two beaches both located a 5 minute walk from the condo: Monuments Beach (surfing) and Cabo Bello Beach (no vendors)

Two wonderful restaurants are also located within walking distance of the condo. Puerta Vieja is located at the top of the hill (great fresh fish) and the famous Sunset de Mona Lisa is a short 5 minute walk from the condo. Both restaurants provide spectacular views into Cabo San Lucas and the Arch.

A short 10 minute ride puts you in downtown Cabo San Lucas. If you do not have a car, there are always taxis available at the entrance to Misiones. The fair runs about $25-$30 each way depending upon the number of people in your group. Uber is also now available in Cabo.

Transportation service, pre stock service, fishing excursions and massage services can be arranged prior to your arrival. Please advise if you’re interested in any of these services.

Beautiful decor, great bed and bedding. This place is well appointed and super clean. We loved the terry cloth loungers on the very long patio - super comfy. Everything was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

This condo is a winner!

This was our second stay at Los Misiones having stayed in a different unit two years ago. The property manager, Antonio, was very helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. He was especially helpful and patient in teaching me how to access the cable channels I like to watch - although the subscription had expired and needed to be reactivated. The Los Misiones staff was also very friendly. The unit was well stocked and the appliances worked well. Did wish that the handheld shower wasn’t positioned so low on the wall - the overhead rain shower was fine, but the spray wasn’t as effective as the one on the handheld. The bed was quite comfortable. The patio area was very spacious and even though it was a first floor unit it was set on a hill well above the pool area so privacy was not an issue. We’re retired and Misiones is ideal for folks like us who are looking for some tranquil days largely spent relaxing by the pool. In my opinion it wouldn’t be a place where we’d take the grandkids. We Ubered everywhere, very prompt, safe and inexpensive - a fun part of the trip. Whale watching was a highlight of the trip along with hitting a number of restaurants - some of the best and most authentic meals were a couple of blocks off the wharf area.

This condo is fantastic. The complex is very nice, safe and quiet. Food and drinks at the cantina are wonderful. We could have spent all our time there. Pool is very nice. Beach is close. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Chuck’s place. The unit was perfectly located in the complex overlooking the main pool. We loved having breakfast on the patio watching the whales and spending our days at the beach swimming and snorkeling. The resort is super relaxing and quiet, sunsets at the infinity pool are amazing, the Thompson next door is great for drinks and Ubers to medano always come quickly. The unit itself is very clean and well stocked - very much appreciated that Chuck treats his guest like adults by providing full packs of dishwasher pods, washing machine fluid, etc. vs rationing like many other hosts. The kuerig pods were an extra special touch along with the beach chairs and umbrella and a great bbq on the patio. Parking at the resort was simple and easy and I think a few dollars a day. We’ve already booked our next stay in the complex (unfortunately Chuck’s place was already booked or else we would have come again). Thanks for the perfect vacation!

This condo was very clean and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The pool bar and grill was absolutely perfect; the tacos are to die for and the prices are very reasonable. There are two beaches that are just steps away.

Loved the view from the unit over-looking the pool and a peek at the ocean beyond. The ambience of listening to the music and sounds from the pool bar - extra points for that! Comfy bed! Ground floor making it extremely convenient to get to - no stairs! Will hopefully stay again.

Cabo San Lucas adventurer

The unit was clean, but sitting on the patio was a bit of a challenge due to the misquotes. And while the fold out bed in the couch was super comfortable (loved the memory form hide a bed), there were no sheets provided. We used the quilt from the bedroom and mattress pad cover to make due. The rest of the faculty was nice. You can tell that the grounds used to be lovely, but something happened to kill off all of the plants in front of our unit. The people at the security check point were awesome as well as the folks at the poolside bar/snack shack. We would stay at this complex again.

Exceptional Condo in Cabo San Lucas

This condo at Misiones # 4108 was exceptional in many aspects. We had an amazing view of the pool gardens and the Sea of Cortez along with privacy. The accommodations were all up dated along with the best appliances.Very neat and clean with beautiful tile throughout. We did not rent a car however had many drivers ready to go. We used Brown's Private Service s for pick up and back to the airport. Very efficient. There were many positives and would higly recommed this condo and would stay there again.

Perfect Place

The condo was in the perfect location for this complex. Nice and close to the pool, nice and close to the beach, nice and close to the Uber drop off point. The patio was my absolute favorite part of this unit. Everything was very clean and well stocked! Don’t think twice just book it!

The condo was very well put together, clean, pool was right next to the unit, WiFi was great, no complaints at all! Relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. The condo was stocked up with all the essentials, towels, cooking equipment, and even spices etc. Would definitely come here again!

Perfect R&R Retreat

Gorgeous property

The unit is completely updated and has every amenity you can think of. The property is quiet and the gardens are gorgeous. The patio is huge. The pool bar and restaurant were so convenient, you would barely need to leave the property. Walk over to the Cape for dinner.

Loved it - Better than Advertised

Condo is well equipped with all new appliances and grill on the great balcony. Great amenities including kitchen utensils, toiletries, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, and Smart TV’s including satellite TV which made my day as I was able to watch all the March Madness games. Bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice and the pool bar was a pleasant surprise with reasonable priced drinks and a great limited menu which even included breakfast. Great location, just a quick Uber ride into downtown Cabo. Minor maintenance issues solved with a quick phone call. My only complaint was there was no grill brush to clean the grill and thought a coffee table of some sort would have been nice, so I guess my rating is only a 4.99! Would definitely come back, great for a short stay or extended stay, we were there for 16 days.

Overall the condo complex was nice. The condo was well stocked with the essentials for cooking; clean. However there were a lot of mosquitoes and tiny bugs throughout the condo. I was a bit deceived with “ocean view”since it is obscured by the building in front and trees. We did have a direct view of the pool from the patio. Also the second pool looks like it’s under construction. Not appealing. There is access to the beach which was nice. The swim up bar had the best service and food!

Well appointed unit

Comfortable furnishings - especially the mattress, clean throughout, recently updated with modern kitchen appliances and a well stocked pantry. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning, soaking in the sun and the lush surroundings of the landscaping/pool area.

Home away from home

I know Misiones is well known and people stay here regularly so it is suffice enough to say that it is exactly as advertised. Complete. Clean and classy. Just right. Charles and Jose are an excellent team in communicating and helping you out solve the little questions along the way. Misiones is NOT an all- inclusive buffet of grosse people overeating and drinking. The families, for the most part, are not the party crowd. It is a for mature, thoughful people. Los Cabos proper is for the rest. Stay in the city if you want to party. This is peace and tranquility. Thanks Misiones. This is the start of a great relationship!
