The comfortable and cozy 80 sqm **** apartment consists of a large living / dining area with access to the terrace, 2 double rooms (1 double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames) - if necessary 1 additional bed - shower / toilet, fitted kitchen with dining area, dishwasher , Microwave, ceramic hob, convection oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and much more.
You can expect a closed, single-storey apartment with a separate entrance and covered terrace. 2 parking spaces are located directly at the apartment.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the old town / city center with numerous specialist shops and the outstanding gastronomy:
to the Bosenberg Clinic 1 km,
to the Wendelinuspark / golf course 3 km
to Bostalsee 15 km
