About this property

Enjoy yourself at the most beautiful resort in Panama City. This gated property is on 110 acres, and is known to have the best security for your family and property, with absolutely every convenience on property It has a lagoon pool that has rocks and waterfalls, four jacuzzis , and two heated pools just off the beach. A nine hole par three golf course intertwines through the property. Relax and enjoy the beach bar and restaurant that are on the site for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy breath taking views of the beach from your 4th floor balcony.The list goes on.
Our spacious unit is tastefully decorated and overlooks the pool the sugary white sands and the Gulf of Mexico.
Not only can you enjoy this panoramic view from the large balcony.
Edgewater boasts more amenities than any other Panama City Beach resort.
NO other PCB resort has an 11,500 square foot lagoon pool laden with lush tropical plants and towering palms. There are three other pools on the property (two of which are heated) and four large hot tubs. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is Ocean's Restaurant. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the bar serves all your favorite drinks until late each evening. If you need pampering, there is a spa and beauty salon on site and exercise room.
On the beach you will find jet ski rentals, parasailing, or you can brave the big banana. Golfers and tennis players need only to walk across the street to EBR's own golf course and tennis courts. Within a couple of miles of the resort you will find Shipwreck Island (a huge waterpark), dinner cruises, Shell Island, night clubs, Gulf World, a state park, sport fishing, and fabulous Pier Park.

Clean condo with great views from 4th floor,

Very clean condo . This is our 7th year coming down to Panama City Beach and this is by far the cleanest condo we have stayed in. View from balcony was spectacular, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and closet in hall was full with beach chairs and toys for beach. No waiting time for elevator. Gated with guard and many security personnel on the grounds. Only a couple a negatives. One was there was a smoker below us and smell of smoke was sometimes coming into condo . Also we prefer a bedroom that opens onto the balcony on beach side. This condo has both in back of condo that face street side and sometimes a little noisy especially when the garbage truck comes every morning at 7:00am to pickup trash from shoot. Also first time I had to pay to use workout room. Aside from that I would definitely recommend this unit.

AMAZING!!!

The condo was amazing being right on the beach of the gulf and many amenities available like the largest lagoon pool (12000 sq ft) I’ve ever seen with waterfalls and an island in the middle. Oceans Grill had amazing food. There’s also a small store on site with ice cream, beverages and souvenirs. A walking bridge is over the miracle strip (hwy 30) to the par 3 golf course. Several large beach shops are within walking distance. Famous Pier Park with loads of shopping and restaurants and activities are a short drive. White sand & clear gulf waters is all you need for the entire family to have an unforgettable experience. We will be back!!! ❤️🏖️🌊

We enjoy Edge Water

Been to this property a number of times for PCB baseball tournaments. Plenty for the kids to do. Played the golf course (par 3) with my older son 2x. Was very nice. Ocean was off limits due to double red flags… beach was gorgeous. Would go back. Thanks.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at Edgewater resort for the last 13 years. The property is beautiful and family friendly, the last few years Edgewater began to show its age but there have been many updates recently. This unit was perfect for our visit with updated decor. We had a great stay and had to speak to the owner regarding a scheduling error (my fault) but she was quickly able to correct it and was very quick to respond to any questions we had!

Great, clean condo and location. Couple of minor condo issues - ice maker wasn’t working, and a pipe came loose under the sink. We were able to put a temp fix on it, but owners intended to repair right away. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. Condo is wheelchair friendly.

Week at the beach!

This property was amazing!! It was clean, great location, and the owners were great at communicating with me! I would totally recommend this property to anyone looking for an escape from the hectic hustle and bustle of everyday life. There was something for everyone at this resort and the restaurant on site was amazing! We will be booking this location again if we come back to Florida.

1st Vrbo Experience

Pros: Location of resort, oceanfront and pool views of condo, updated kitchen and bathrooms, very responsive owners, clean beach, secure property, very courteous resort staff, beautiful weather the entire month Cons: No grills, noisy - lots of remodeling or construction going on in the units. Always heard drilling or sawing throughout day. Garbage pick-up is 3 floors down from bedrooms at 6am some mornings. Cigarette smoking from adjoining units travel into your unit even with doors closed. The tiled floors need a good scrubbing, especially around the edges. We had to buy a manual can opener as there was none in the unit. We donated it when we left for the next guests.
