Beautiful, comfortable house available for monthly rentals. Exceptionally clean house was built in 2014 and has all the amenities of home--open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, stainless/granite kitchen, full size washer/dryer, huge shaded lanai, and gigantic garage. Located across the street from the beach, in quiet updated neighborhood. Neighborhood has private walkway directly to the beach. Redington Shores has many shops, restaurants, and activities within walking distance. Also a great area for fishing. Johns Pass, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater, Tampa Bay, Rays, Spring Training, Baseball, manatees, dolphins, beach, Treasure Island, Indian Shores, Tampa Rays, Lightning, Raymond James Stadium, Treasure Island, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach

BEST STAY WE'VE HAD
We have been Snow Birding since 2013 and we change locations every year. Over all this has been the one we liked the most. Plenty of room and in a great beach location. Only about 150 yds from the beach access point across Gulf Blvd. Kitchen has ample utensils, pots and pans although you might want to bring a couple of Corning Ware type for oven cooking and the skillet is stainless and almost impossible to use. Master Bedroom is very large as is the bath. Guest bedroom is a little cramped and you need to use the 3rd bedrooms Chest of Drawers and closet for storage. Guest bath definitely needs more light. Living room and Kitchen are bright and well furnished with access through 2 large sliders to the porch with it's comfortable furniture and nice breeze. The manager Kim is a pleasure to work with and responds almost immediately to communications. I would definitely recommend this property.

Welcoming place for nice vacation.
Location is central to all activities and restaurants. Very short walk to a nice gulf beach with beautiful sunsets. Spacious living room/kitchen and nicely sized bedrooms. All vacation necessities provided and Kim was eager to respond if there were any questions. Very nice vacation overall.

Perfect for our family.
We enjoyed the comfort, convenience and cleanliness of this home. The owner was easy to reach and always helpful upon request. The beach was just a short walk from house. Beach toys were available for use. The open concept of the home made it an easy place to keep tidy. Rooms had very comfortable beds. We did miss having a dishwasher and a finished back yard which would make this place a 5 star. Hope to stay again.

Our stay in Redington Shores
We recommend this beachhouse in Redington located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It was an easy walk to small local shops, some of our favorite restaurants, and to the beach where we enjoyed early morning and sunset walks. The house had plenty of space for two couples. It was well kept with three bedrooms and two baths. Kim was easy to work with and helped us with any and all questions relating to her home. Another plus of the area was the option of catching a trolling which covers the whole Gulf Blvd from St Petersburg to Clearwater for a daily rate of $2.50. We enjoyed several visits to John's Pass. Redington Shores was a fun area to explore.
