Beautiful Condo Fully furnished, second floor, 2 bed 2 bath, updated kitchen new cabinets and counter tops. Large bedrooms, Tile through out the unit. In house laundry. Villas of Somerset just 10 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World and the Unit is right across from the Club House, Gym and pool and Jacuzzi. I have been in the acommodation rental business for 20 years. I understand what my guests appreciate and what they expect from me and my rental units. I make their stay pleasurable and with satisfaction. They will always remember the great time they had in the Disney resort area and in my condos.
Why they chose this property
We are minutes to all of the Theme parks and Outlet malls in Orlando. We also cater to Convention Meeting guests and even Pilots in training at our local Flight Training Schools.
What makes this property unique
You are close to all of the Theme park attractions and close to major highways to take you to Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona, Cocoa Beach and Miami.
