I live in the Nashville area but wanted to do something different for New Years now that the kids are college age. This was a great option with a great view. We were able to see the fireworks from the NYE bash in bicentennial and easily walk around downtown without worrying about parking.

The condo was beautiful! A couple things left out of the listing was across the river- view from the balcony was an aluminum scrap yard (which you could not see at night) and the homeless encampment just below toThe right. The train that passes by 3-times in the morning starting at 6am. The neighbors above us seemed to start stumping around from 12am until 3am every night- one night so bad that I had to go up to the 3rd floor to Ask them to stop stomping. Super clean apartment with everything you need. Perfect location to walk downtown to all the energy
Fabulous view overlooking the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium and lighted bridge. A recycle center can be seen and a little homeless camp but still a beautiful property setting. City View Apartments is a perfect name. Oh! And you can’t miss it with the smoke stack in front. SO cool!
