From the brand-new pool to the panoramic lake views and ocean views, you will never want to leave!

The first-floor entertainment room features a 50" Flat Screen HDTV for game or movie and sleeper sofa. This room is also equipped with French doors leading to the enormous pool area. You will also find a Master King Suite complete with pristine lake views, enormous private Master Bath with a walk-in shower.

The Queen Bedroom Suite with private full bath is located on the 2nd level with ocean views! Just down the hall, you will find another King Master Suite with breathtaking panoramic lake views, dazzling Master Bath with walk-in shower.

The 3rd level is Serendipity's main living space. Gorgeous granite, 42" cabinetry, island cooking space with ocean views exemplify the chef's kitchen. The picture windows throughout the great room allows for natural sunlight and exquisite sunsets over the lake as another day settles in Cinnamon Beach. Here you will also find a 50" HDTV for entertaining. The Dining room awaits the days catch from the 3rd level. Open the French doors and you’ll feel the ocean breeze.
The 3rd level is home to yet another King Master Suite and Master Bath with walk-in shower and whirlpool tub! The sunsets throughout Serendipity are unbeatable.

You will have your toes in the sand in no time. When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.

Perfect!

This was our third time visiting Cinnamon Beach Resort. We had our 50th Anniversary and rented 2 houses to accommodate 6 families this time! What a blast! Loved our stay so much even though we were had so much going on! Thank you so much!

The House is appr 20 year old and more or less in good shape. It has 4 sleeping rooms and is suitable for up to 8 persons. Great spot for our family gathering but this home needs some TLC.

Beautiful, Clean Property Near Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The best parts were the cleanliness, all the outdoor spaces, and the distance to the beach. I took off one star for the neighborhood only because it takes a bit to get out of the "vacation home area" and just find a simple store. Otherwise, it is a great location if you want to walk to the beach.

Nice house and location

The house was very nice and had bikes and pool and beach items. Pool could not be used until day 4 of trip. Oven door would not stay shut , so until the manager got a bar to stick on it it couldn’t be used. There was nowhere to put groceries and most of the closets were locked for the owner’s stuff. Comfortable though and nicely decorated.

Reviewer Comments: The oven was broken the dishes were plastic they didn’t really have enough silverware they didn’t have enough towels or bedding the elevator you got stuck in they don’t have smart TVs and they have basic cable so you can ‘t access any movies. I just don’t think it’s worth the money we’ve stayed at other places and this is the first time I have ever made a complaint

Family Vacation at Serendipity

Nicely decorated. We loved the stocked garage of pool floats, beach chairs and boogie boards, and bikes. Such care to provide these items. Have the 2nd fridge/freezer in the garage helped so much. The beds were comfortable as was all the furniture choices.There was not towels in one of the bathrooms, so we bought some from Walmart. The kitchen was missing some normal cooking items - mixing spoons, kitchen towels, platters. We picked these items up at Walmart. Other than that, we loved it!

Weekend at Bernie’s!

We spent a week at this rental and really enjoyed it. The layout of this 4 bedroom/4 full bath allowed for everyone to have their own private space. The elevator made transporting luggage, groceries and the occasional shopping spree easy. Although the beach was within walking distance, we spent most of our days in the pool, which was very private. The house was clean and well equipped with all essentials. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful abode

Everything was great. Love the area and everything about it. The house is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. We have stayed at cinnamon Beach 3 times now, twice in the condos and once in serendipity. The house was amazing and has an elevator that isn't listed. There are Beach chairs, floats, wake boards, wagon, and other Beach toys in the garage. There are also plenty of other games located in the house. Bring your family and be ready to have a blast.

Great place, wonderful family location!

The property was wonderful for a family trip. The owners have certainly expended effort to decorate and maintain the house. Appreciated the bikes, bodyboards, and pool toys too! I would definitely recommend the property without hesitation. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow visitors to heat the hot tub. We would've paid more to have had the option. We look forward to the opportunity to return next year!

The beaches here are not crowded like other beaches so I love and hate to give this review because I want to keep it that way. We stayed at the house for 10 magical days and neither of our two families wanted to leave. There were tears in our eyes as we drove back home.The house and the pool were perfect and I loved how private the pool was being on the corner lot. The elevator is super helpful in getting grocery’s and stuff all the way upstairs. We will definitely be back at this beach and this property next year!
