Staff was surly, uncooperative and lazy. My package took 2 full days to "find" in the luggage room and then they refused to bring it to the room. Check in was 45 minutes and 2 desks. Yvonne at the salon was wonderful.

Very comfortable stay

My husband and I had a very wonderful stay at your resort. The room we had was more than spacious, really more than we needed for just us. The kitchen was fully owing everything one would need. When I had an issue with the coffee pot another one was brought immediately. I needed extra towels and again brought up immediately. The place was super clean. The pools and gym were great and it was an easy drive pompano beach and would definitely stay again.

Very spacious unit, in very good location. Plenty of activities for our grandkids when they came to visit. Check in was advertised at 4:00 pm; the unit wasn’t available until after 7:00.

It was pretty nice.

The room was huge and very spacious. It was nice having 4 pools to choose from. Our area was pretty quiet, except the walls are very thin. We could hear people upstairs pretty well, and the kids across the hall. It was really nice having so many options for activities. It was easy to find the location and was located right by a walmart. It was nice being close to the city, but not directly in it.

Nice hotel/resort

Not exactly a beach resort (that's the Royal Vista sister property) but the room served as a good base of operations while I visited the many beaches of this region of Florida. I would have liked to play golf during my stay, but the price of renting golf clubs was prohibitive. For those who cannot bring their clubs, it would be nice to have a lile better option for playing golf on the Palm Aire golf courses. I did enjoy the pool and hot tubs,

Wonderful place for a family...

Amazing and wonderful property. Perfect for kids and family. Apartment has a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Pools are amazing and kids loved the activities and waterslide. Really nice place to stay for a low-key and chill Florida vacation.

Vacation Condo

Overall, the condo was great for my husband and I. It was more than spacious and would’ve done very well with another couple or with children. Due to COVID, some of our amenities were not available, but still had a pleasant time. The outside of the property is beautiful. Did not realize this was a timeshare property and we were “trying to be sold to” on the pitches, but we explained we were not interested as it was an unplanned, last minute trip. Loved having a kitchen and W/D in unit, as well as a second bathroom.
