Inside each spacious suite, guests will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer, separate bedrooms and large living areas. With a choice of one and three-bedroom suites, your home-away-from-home in Daytona Beach is waiting for you at competitive rates. With air-conditioning and bright, tasteful décor, these rental suites provide plentiful amenities to enhance any vacation to Daytona Beach.

*The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort. Please note that requests are not guaranteed.
*1-bedroom suites do not feature balconies; they only offer a view of the hallway.
*Standard 2-bedroom lock-off units might offer an ocean view, while the deluxe 2-bedroom lock-offs provide views of the street and intercoastal area. Please note that views are not guaranteed.
*The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subjected to unexpected closures.
*Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per unit in our garages. Additional vehicles have the option to park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage, which is connected to the resort via an overhead covered walkway, subject to a fee.
*For all reservations at the resort, there is a mandatory resort fee of $80.00 per reservation. This fee, determined by property owners associations at the resort, will be collected during the check-in process.

THINGS TO NOTE:

Daytona Beach will be hosting the Coke Zero 400 Race on the Weekend of August 23, 2024. Expect high traffic near the resort during this time.

The property was clean and comfortable. The listing is misleading as this unit is not beach front. There are balconies but the view is of the city side and street which is noisy at night.

The unit & location worked out well for our purposes. I would return without hesitation in the future. Despite being located on Atlantic boulevard, the traffic noise was not an issue. The size of the building did shadow the pool and beach area most of the day.

GREAT PROPERTY! FRAUD OWNER-NOT OCEAN FRONT NO BEACH ACCESS CHILD SIZE KITCHEN WORST COMMUNICATION

We have stayed at property 3x this year. Property is great! Who we rented through AWFUL. Per the Manager- the pictures advertised were of a Delux 1 bedroom- what the owner gave us-standard room. No view of water in site! All you could hear was cars honking, sirens and the engines from a car show that was happening all weekend. Contacted owner- was told the condo was advertised as “ocean front” not the actual room. Manager stated they have continuously had this issue with them misleading/using different room pics. Zero communication from the owner before our stay-the ocean from our hotel was not accessible at all. Had to use the other hotels to get on the beach. No ocean access and city view- Did we even stay on a beach? Couldn’t see it or get to it. Our 22 month old used the bath tub every night to “swim” and the tub was broke- no jets. A kitchen was advertised- We got a miniature oven, miniature fridge and a sink MAYBE 8 inches by 6 inches. This made cooking for my family IMPOSSIBLE. Cleaned sippy cups in bathroom sinks. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD REGULAR FULL SIZE KITCHENS AS ADVERTISED BEFORE THIS OWNER. The condo is also advertised for 4 adults but when we tried to get 2 parking passes we were told the owner only allowed one and the other vehicle could pay for parking at the garage. Again, we stayed her in May and June (BUSY MONTHS) and our owner made sure we had two parking passes. Owner kept trying to blame everything on the hotel but like the manager stated “we can only offer you what the owner booked for you” As stated they can’t offer you a ocean view delux room and book a standard room and blame us. I will be reporting this owner to VRBO for falsely advertising this unit as was instructed by employee. They stated this is not the first time they have done this. When contacting owner-no communication-computer responses. Got what you got talk to the front desk. Ocean Walk Wyndham manager stated we should only book through their third party booking site so if you want to stay at this location i would contact them.

Would most likely stay again

Didn't spend much time at the resort but did spend a little time one day in the lazy river which was nice. The amenities were sufficient for what we needed. Room was appropriately stocked for what we needed for cooking, etc. Anything else we needed was just a quick text away. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would most likely stay again should we be back in the area in the future.

Love the resort

We had an amazing time at the resort. The unit was bigger than I expected. It’s a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, sofa bed and balcony. The unit was clean. We enjoy the resort amenities, the arcade was nice and the lazy river was a hit with the kids and you can’t beat the view. We were within walking distance to everything so we didn’t have to drive anywhere.Everything was perfect I would definitely return and stay here :)
