Newly constructed in 2015 with Gourmet kitchen, and Great room that opens to a giant 600+ sf patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and kitchen and give the feel of true indoor/outdoor living. One covered carport parking space. Everything is brand new. On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the newly opened Marina Park. three bedrooms with king beds, and one with 4 bunks. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all kitchen cooking and serving supplies included. Wifi, cable, and TV. We had a lovely time. Easy checkin and responsive host. House is lovely beach is lovely. We had some challenges with Vrbo invoicing because we had to move our dates a bit. But the host was helpful in getting the correct charge and worked with us on moving our stay a few days. We could have used a few more items for cleaning (dish soap, rags, garbage bags) but were able to get items from close by store.

The houses are both beautiful! And the location is perfect for a week at Newport Beach! Close enough to walk to everything but not in the middle of the busy piers. It was amazing having ac. Loved it!

Best location in Newport Beach
Perfect location on 15th street. Close enough to walk to the pier and right next to a beach rental place for bikes and a minimart for buying last minute items. Kitchen was not well equipped, but that seems common for a lot of VRBO places.

Great Property!
We booked this property for our spring break vacation. We had our two married children, their spouses and our 3 teenage boys for a total of 9 people. The bedrooms were perfectly set up with 3 rooms with king beds and a bunk room. We had a small issue with cleanliness and when we let Christie know she was amazing in responding quickly and talking care of it promptly. The kitchen is stocked nicely with pots and pans but but I recommend bringing ziplock bags, a sponge, and foil if bbqing. Also bring your own oil and seasonings. I also recommend bringing bar soap for the showers. The location was our absolute favorite. Pictures don't do it justice. We've stayed in several places, but this was by far our favorite.

Well-stocked, great location
I grew up in Newport and have always stayed at my dad’s house when visiting. Now with grown kids and my brother’s family, we just don’t fit. This house was perfect for 8 of us. Staying right on the boardwalk makes it much more of a vacation than staying in my childhood home. The house has a nice layout for a group and was well-stocked with dishes/cooking supplies plus salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. and the owner left seltzers, some munchies and treats, and a bottle of wine. There were sufficient towels and shampoo/conditioner and hand soap.. We found out the oven didn’t work on Christmas morning, but the owner quickly gave us access to the oven in a different (unoccupied) unit, so all was well. There is only one parking spot, but there is some free street parking. I suspect this might be a bigger issue in the summer. We’d definitely rent this property for Christmas again.

This home has so much more potential!the location could not be better. Short walk to restaurants or coffee shop. But it needs a little attention. Lots of the light bulbs were burnt out. The front of the microwave was falling apart. Very small mirrors so it made it hard to get ready for a night out. When we arrived, I didn’t have the door code so I texted and called the owner. No response for over 2 hours.

GREAT FOR FAMILY, INCREDIBLE LOCATION!!
The perfect VRBO for families! We had our adult children and our grandchildren and it was fabulous for us! Right on the beach, lots of room, our youngest grandson is 18 months and the gated patio was perfect for him!! The house had plenty of counter space and did not have a lot of knickknacks so I was happy I didn’t have to worry about the grandkids breaking something!! We do a family vacation every year and this was a fan favorite for sure!

Great family accommodation! Slept 10 as advertised and everyone was comfortable. Age range of guests was 8-75. Sand toys and boogie boards available for kids. Kitchen and grill were clean and used to make a couple family meals. Host communicated quickly and kindly to our requests. I recommended and would stay again!

Beautiful location but could use a little update
You cannot beat the location of this property! We loved being able to enjoy the ocean view and walks to restaurants and bars. The living area is very open and was accommodating for our large group. While the showers seem to have been updated recently, the bathrooms need some help. There are tiny mirrors and terrible lighting in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. With 10 of us getting ready, we had to fight for the 1 bathroom with decent light. The bedrooms could also use mirrors to alleviate some of this issue as well. We also had an issue with check-in. We did not receive our instructions/lock box code and could not get a hold of the host the day of arrival. Once I contacted VRBO, they were able to connect me with her and she was very helpful from that point forward.

Great layout in a great location.
Perfect for those with young children. There are two fun playgrounds extremely close by. The house is as great as the pictures but the location can’t be beat. It’s just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the pier but and extremely quick and easy walk should you decide to get to a restaurant or shop. There is also a local market about a minute (if that) walk from the house. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location, great communication from owner, check in was easy and we were able to check in early (nice bonus!). Outdoor patio area was great to hang out, you are literally right on the beach. I know this is a rental and gets lots of use but curtains in the kitchen/living room have interesting stains, pillows need an upgrade and fridge could use a good cleaning (the rubber seal on the door has mold and under the fridge was pretty dirty).

Had a great experience again. The was the second time we rented the property with 2 families each with 2 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Great setup for grilling and enjoying wine on the patio with friends and family.
