Perched high above Creekside Village in a quiet cul-de-sac, Taluswood Lookout #3 is a year-round, intimate mountain retreat offering an unparalleled experience with true ski-in / ski-out resort access in winter and direct bike park access in the summer. This immaculately kept four 4-bedroom, 4-bath duplex chalet offers 2,500 sq. ft. of sophisticated living.

This home offers plenty of room for up to 8 Guests. South facing, built on a slightly sloped lot and exceptionally well lit with an abundance of natural daylight, this artist's home is like no other in Whistler. It features two top level Suites with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies, a play den and two additional bedrooms on the ground level.

This property offers central air conditioning in the main living area and the upper 2 bedrooms only. Amenities include radiant floor heating throughout the home, floor to ceiling limestone finishing in all bathrooms, a beautiful open kitchen, in-house laundry as well as a heated double-garage and much, much more. Should the weather not cooperate, the Nest also offers a collection of board games and Netflix. Designed to exceed the expectations of the most discerning adventurer or leisure traveler, this home offers a true and authentic slope-side Whistler experience in the heart of the Coast Mountains.

The main level has a beautiful open concept design. It features a large open kitchen with Miele appliances, a De'Longhi Espresso Machine, gas stove and plenty of storage, this area is perfect to entertain. Fully equipped to meet all your needs, including a top spec cappuccino maker and food blender. Leading off the kitchen, you have a spacious dining area, that leads onto a large balcony with gas BBQ. The southwest facing living area overlooks beautiful ancient forest and nearby mountains, featuring high ceiling, large windows, plenty of seating and an abundance of natural day-light. Relax by your gas fireplace, with your smart TV, or listen to your favourite music, through a built-in sound system for a true immersive experience.

BEDROOMS

Upstairs you have your south facing primary bedroom, featuring an ergonomic Endy king mattress, a huge walk-in closet, Smart TV and your own private balcony with Adirondack chairs overlooking the mountains and forest. The suite also has its own bathroom with an oversized tub and separate steam-shower. Also, on this floor, you will find your second bedroom, featuring a king size bed (ergonomic Casper Mattress), walk-in closet, private balcony, bathroom with tub and separate walk-in shower. To finish off this level, you have 2 additional den spaces, 1 perfect for kids to use as a separate play area, the other known as the readers corner, set up as an office.

On the ground floor, you will find both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. One with a queen bed and private en-suite, the other set up with 2 twins, also accessing a full bathroom. Off this level you find your private hot tub.

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.
