Deluxe 1 Bedroom Serviced Apartments
Deluxe Birches Serviced Apartments offer 4 star one bedroom apartments with a queen size bed in the bedroom and access to deluxe blow up beds for additional persons. Located on the 2nd floor the apartments give you a glorious leafy view of East Melbourne and the CBD. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave & hotplates. Lounge area and ensuite bathroom. We supply SECURE car-parking (@$20 per night) and BBQ facilities for your relaxation. All apartments have a very pleasant outlook over our tree lined street. The one bedroom apartment can sleep up to 3 people. Rates include 1-2 people, additional persons are $30 each per night.

Pets are not permitted in the Boutique apartments.
