Fits any interests: beach and relax, art and culture, sightseeing, sports and culinary. Ideal location to discover central Italy.

EUR 1500 fully refundable security deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival. At the check-in, guests will be provided with the inventory list; for any existing damages to the property or furniture, guests are asked to notify the hosts within 24 hours.

Italian family, originally from Ascoli Piceno, now living in different parts of Italy and Europe. We are the 3rd generation owning this beautiful villa, which was built by our beloved grandfather.
Some of our relatives still live in the same town in the villa next door and are always available to assist our guests during their stay. We look forward to welcoming you.

We put our heart and soul in making this beautiful villa a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We take very special care of the property and surrounding area and not only rent it out, but also stay there ourselves a few weeks during the year.
What makes this property unique
The villa is located on one of the hills of Ascoli Piceno, surrounded by a beautiful private forest with an breathtaking 360° view of Sibillini mountains and Adriatic sea.
It is a very relaxing and quiet place, but at the same time you can easily reach the city center of Ascoli Piceno within 10 mins by car and the beach of San Benedetto del Tronto within 30 mins.
