We are native Minnesotians. We bought the condo in 2012 as a get-a-way from the cold. Everytime we returned to Minnesota we longed to be in Florida permanently. So after Georganne retired, we sold our house and all
of our furniture. Everything we could fit in the back of our pick-up truck, is all we brought to Florida.We lived in the condo, until our house, in Legends Bay was finished. We love being Floridians!

Why they chose this property
You will find many families living in ElConquistador. It goes like this: grandma owned it, so mom and dad bought a condo in the same building and the grandchildren are now taking over grandma's condo. So you see generations of families have enjoyed El Conquistador. I love that we are on first floor, we can get in/out quickly. We can chat with they golfers as they go by and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
What makes this property unique
The view of the golf course is stunning. Like a picture postcard, and very entertaining!
