Downtown condo. Walking distance to everything! Restaurants, Fluor Field, Peace Center, Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail! 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Very nice outdoor patio with great views. Kitchen stocked with basics but who wants to cook when there are restaurants in every direction! WiFi for the working guys. Smart TV's. Each bedroom has a Queen Size Bed w/ Memory Foam mattress. Super Clean, All new decor, mattresses & linens. Sleeps 4 MAX. Easy access (30 Minutes) to CLEMSON UNIVERSITY & Lake Hartwell. 15 minutes for FURMAN UNIVERSITY.

What makes this property unique
This is the perfect property if you want to enjoy downtown Greenville, are visiting Clemson or Furman University. Easy access to everywhere! Wonderful combination of décor, not too "girly" nor is it too "manly". Gated and secured garage for the female traveler, secured entry into lobby.
