The description said 3 miles to Sunset Beach. But it was a 20 minute drive to my job site. Too far.

Kinda average.

The property was good but needs some attention. There were no hand towels in the kitchen to dry your hands or pots and pans after washing. The noise from neighbors walking on the floors upstairs was unexpected. The pillows on the bed could be upgraded. The view from the deck was pleasant.

Wonderful station

Great location, great condo well equipped clean and enjoyable. Huge balcony shaded with high pines. Nice view on golf course. Good communication with owner and rental management. Looking to rent next year for a longer stay if possible.

Brunswick Plantation

Not pleased that there was a Service Fee AND a non-refundable Security Protection fee. Would have gladly paid a hihger amount as a Security Deposit and it being refundable upon leaving property, as we always do, in proper order. We paid a cleaning fee, but was asked to dispose of trash and empty dishwasher.

40th Anniversary Golf

The owner & property manager were easy to deal with and responded quickly. The property was in great shape, clean and close to plantation club house/golf course/restaurant/pool etc. Access to local restaurants/entertainment/shopping was very .convenient. We would definently stay here again.

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the home and all the friendliness of all the neighbors.

This was a VERY lovely condo with good access to the pool, restaurants, and shopping. The owner furnishes everything but beach towels and your food. We had a great time!

Very relaxing

This condo is comfortable and well appointed. The view from the balcony of the golf course made for a lovely place to relax in the morning with coffee or in the evening with cocktails. It is convenient to all the beaches and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is our third trip to this property. Amenities and accommodations are excellent. Property is safe, convenient, and well appointed. We are very particular about where we stay with cleanliness being a priority and we're never been disappointed. We appreciate the owners attention to detail and leave the property in the same condition we found it when we arrived. Highly recommend the Brunswick Plantation for a vacation get away.

Visiting family nearby

We needed to make a last minute visit to the area and we lucky to find this beautiful condo. We only had a brief bump trying to enter the property due to a dead battery for the keyless entry but the management person was very responsive. The unit is nicely equipped and the only improvement would be to have a more thorough cleaning proir to use.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The condo is exactly as shown in pictures. Brunswick is a gated community so you feel very safe. Walking and biking paths are abundant. Weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the weather and watching the golfers. Close to everything too.
