Great Location and Home

Great location. Close to shopping, groceries and attractions. Kids loved the pool with the slide and the movie theatre. Easy communication with owner. Wonderful place to stay for a family vacation.

Great Fun House

We truly enjoyed our stay in this fun house! The kids eyes lit up when they saw the arcade and minion room. They loved it. We stayed for a week and the owners were very responsive for anything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay for Large Family Vacation

Wonderful house close to many of Orlando’s must see areas. House was clean and the owner was super responsive to any questions or concerns. Small issue with the pool heater, but the owner did everything they could to get it fixed and up and running. Definitely would love to visit again!

Excellent Home for Family Stay

The home was perfect for our family stay with young children. The pool slide and basketball hoop alone kept our kids busy but the game room/theater and other games were great to have too. Encountered some issues at check in, but owner and property manager were very responsive and even had a pack and play delivered same day when it wasn't there upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great stay!

Great house for 2 families, could of easily fit a 3rd family and more kids! Kids loved the movie room and arcade. Close drive to Disney and close to shopping and restaurants. The guarded entry gate made a few evenings a long wait to get back into the neighborhood, so that was a bit challenging. Otherwise 100% recommend- would stay again!

Great house!

This house is exactly as expected. It was very clean, spacious and SUPER FUN! We enjoyed everything from the pool slide to the theater room. Owners were quick to respond (internet went out for the entire area) and property manager was great, too. This is the best house in the neighborhood by far!

Had a Great Stay at a Great House

You can't go wrong with this house. It's exactly like the pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Tons of games for the kids. The game room was a big hit with my crew. We had a multiple week stay and couldn't have asked for a better place. The owner also checked in a few times to make sure things were good, which we appreciated. Would definitely rent again.

Great multi family vacation!

This property provided the perfect backdrop for a multi family vacation. There was so much to do but also quite places to retreat to for a little relaxation. The outdoor area was spacious. Plenty of room to sun bathe, play ping pong, enjoy dining alfresco, and of course many trips down the slide for the kids. Back inside we were all able to dine together each night and morning. The game room/theater room was very entertaining for everyone. The games were great and really enjoyed watching sporting events and movies on the massive screen. There is also additional entertainment spaces off the main living room and upstairs. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and being able to have "sleepovers." We can't wait to return. If your looking for the perfect family accommodation, look no further!

THE.MOST.FUN. FOR YOUR FAM!!!

This property is PERFECT!!! We could not have loved it more!!!Awesome location! Super convenient to Disney Parks and Universal! Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The owners’ attention to detail really makes this house stand out!!! Very nice furnishings but the house has a very comfortable vibe! Perfect to put you in vacation mode!! And your family will have the most fun ever!! We played pool, air hockey and arcade golf in the game room that welcomes you as you walk in!! We loved the theater with movie seating and when we finished a movie we could turn on and enjoy all the arcade games!! All the kids loved the WII and Xbox in the Mario Kart loft!! The adults relaxed poolside watching the little ones on the water slide!!! So many fun places to be together in this house but enough space to spread out too!! We could retire to one of the 4 king suites while the kids played in the minions bunk room with the tube slide!!! This house really has everything you need for the perfect vacation!! The owners were awesome and the mgt staff was so attentive!! I wholeheartedly recommend this home!!! #eirfunhouse

They had insect infestation and didn’t refund me

I checked in on June 30th at 12am. Due to me traveling with my son (who’s two years old) all day and it being so late, I didn’t thoroughly check the property upon arrival ( only where we slept ) the morning after I went for breakfast what I came back I saw fresh insect feces in the sink. I proceeded to upstairs to inspect and all bathroom tubs and two sinks were filled with what looked like flying ants. I tried to rinse them out of the sink in one of the bathrooms, but it got clogged so it didn’t drain the water out. I contacted the manager and didn’t get an answer. When finally got in contact with someone they said they’ll send someone out. No one was sent out, but they lied and said someone did. When I requested a refund and checked out early they told me that the insects were there due to the water in the sink, but in the bathroom with no water in the sink they were there too. Also, after showing the video to a insect professional I was told that that’s not likely the cause, and those insect may in fact be TERMITES! I’m seeking legal action, as I have video and picture evidence that this property was clearly in violation of health and safety. Do not stay here!

Many issues throughout vacation

We encountered several issues beginning with calling to find out how to turn the waterslide on. The pool filter was also not coming on and we had to manually turn it on most mornings. The pool guy came and we had to be out of the pool for him to clean it. He did not clean any of the green algae off the sides or bottom. The grill immediately caught on fire the first night bc it had not been cleaned in a long time. The owners did have it replaced though. The tv outside rarely works and freezes up so we could not watch tv or connect our music. We ended up going to buy a speaker. 2 of the games in the arcade room were not working. The owners eventually had one replaced on our second to last day there. The movie theater setup was very difficult to work with, cords dangling from ceiling. We had to wait on two occasions for people to come out to fix these issues in the arcade/movie room. The kitchen is not stocked. There was one tiny pan to bake with and only toddler silverware that the adults had to use all week. The lanai screens were ripped which allowed a ton of flies to get into the pool area. We had to go out and buy tape to temporarily fix the screens. And lastly, the neighbors were up partying every single night, sometimes until 6am. We had a very difficult time getting any sleep due to the partying from all surrounding houses. We made the best of it, but I would not rent here again. The owners did give me a small refund but not as much as I would have thought for all of the trouble.

Full Disney Thanksgiving trip

My Family and I stayed at the property four our Disney Thanksgiving trip. The house is very close to the parks and there was something for all of us to do. The check in process was easy and the instructions were detailed. We had minor issues, when we arrived but they were immediately rectified. Overall our experience was a very pleasant one and I would stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay! We has a family trip of 11 people ranging from 5 years old to mid 60s. Everyone has a comfortable place room and bathroom. We were approximately 20-45 minute drive to the local theme parks and airport. The house was equipped with all we needed!

Perfect Location!

My family and I rented this home for our week vacation in Disney. The location was perfect and it took under 20 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. This home contained lots of things to keep a bunch of kids occupied which was really nice. We did have an issue with a leak from one of the bathrooms as well as the Wi-Fi going out for a period of time however once I was able to get a hold of the host, these issues were quickly resolved. I will say I found communication via email with the host to be the most effective. I would recommend this house for a fun family vacation!

Indulging Gaming Villa in EIR

This is hands down the best Airbnb we’ve EVER stayed in. Photos yet still do not do the home justice. There is plenty of space (and closet space!) in this home and the pool and game room made us want to spend more time at “home” rather then do a lot of the activities we had already planned. The 2 different living rooms and tv and disney theme in every room made this a dream with the different age groups we had in our group. The location was great—15ish minutes from Disney and Universal (more with traffic—but that’s anywhere you stay.) Emerald Island Resort is a beautiful and well-kept area. Communication was quick and efficient with a couple of questions we had and hosts were very responsive—even the handymen were incredibly friendly and personable. Rent this home for your vacation. You won’t regret it and you won’t want to leave. We actually extended our stay to spend a little more time there. We will be back next time we’re in Florida!
