The Barn is a self contained home a way from home. situated a few minutes from Cromwell along Bannockburn Road. Accommodating up to 6 people, surrounded by beautiful garden and is a restful place. You can enjoy all of Cromwells amenities. Town Centre close by, lake Dunstan, bike trails, or enjoy cafes, local Wineries, Highland Motorsport Park, or Central Otago and Surrounding Districts. Please note no wifi available.

We had such a great time staying here. The barn was well equipped, clean & such a unique little place. The owners were lovely & very helpful. Not a far drive from town & situated on lovely grounds. We would definitely stay here again. Loved every minute of our stay

Great barn conversion with mezzanine bedroom and super comfy furniture Had everything you needed except for WiFi Beds were great - plenty of linen and the shower was plentiful and hot. Lovely vista of mountains Hosts were friendly and approachable

Complete building is for guests, one bathroom three bedrooms. Heat goes upstairs more than down. No wifi but cellphone coverage ok. Close to Bannockburn wineries and 5 mins back to Cromwell supermarket and restaurants. Cromwell area is beautiful especially in Autumn. Walking trails in several places. Easy drive to Gibbston Valley, Arrowtown and on to Queenstown. Can easily spend 3-4 days here.

Good spot for getting to the bike trails. Friendly hosts. Place could do with a bit of a spruce up, but comfortable enough for a short stay.

This house is a great place to stay. A couple of minutes drive from town.. no.. Bannockburn rd is a continuation of Barry Rd.. .. John, the host made us feel very welcome.. Lovely to have good amount of milk, tea, coffee waiting for us.. Well equipped kitchen,.. and great to see a good washing machine.. with powder supplied🤗.

Spacious house in a beautiful leafy location. Great bed & linens. Suggest owners leave written instructions on tv - although you kindly came over to help, we couldn’t turn tv on the next time. Also would be nice to renew grout in shower. Please reconsider installing wi-fi, helps us stay in contact with family & book ahead with stays etc.

A bit of toiletries like Harpic gel should have been kept in the toilet when someone is booking for 4days or more , bathroom lock needs repair , other than that its a nice place to be in ,hence given 5star ...
