Stay at East Vail property 782460- three bedroom condo with three baths
The condo is in good condition and is very comfortable; well stocked in sheets, blankets, towels, coffee, dishes, etc. All the services worked well- heat, TV, internet. We had no problems finding or accessing the unit. Parking could be a problem because of limited spaces directly around the unit, but we found a spot nearby. The location is scenic on a trail to the club house and by a creek and woods. The property Owner (HJ) was very easy to work with and responded in a timely manner on any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking at a place to stay in East Vail with easy access to the slopes by car or bus.

Very comfortable and cozy.
This three story townhouse on the creek is so warm and welcoming. Three bedrooms with their own baths are spread out so you are not on top of each other. Amply supplied with necessities. The owner is very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome and Relaxing
We rented the unit for a work retreat that the town home was perfect. Everyone was impressed by the views of the river and the convenience of the bus stop. The dining room table was large enough for seven of us to share meals and hold our meetings at. We will definitely rent this unit again next year. Everyone is in LOVE!

An excellent townhouse for a Vail skiing vacation
My wife and I, our two adult children and their spouses and our 5 year old granddaughter all greatly enjoyed our week long stay at this lovely home. Everything worked out beautifully at this three bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. All 6 of us enjoy cooking, so we particularly appreciated the well stocked array of pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes etc. in the kitchen. And the washer and dryer made it easy for us to have packed fewer things for a week-long stay. Indeed, the large hot-water heater accommodated lots of showers, baths and tons of laundry, all without ever having a diminished supply of hot water. The East Vail Shuttle Bus worked like a charm as well. We used it daily to “commute” to the slopes and back. We also took advantage of our host's access to the club facilities of the Vail Racquet Club for an occasional run to the hot tub. And our 5 year old granddaughter even discovered the fun of playing “Sorry” - which had been graciously left for our use in the unit. We would heartily recommend this property to friends and VRBO users.

This location was a very desirable place to stay while in Vail.
We enjoyed the three levels which seemed to give a bit more privacy for larger families or groups. The location was close to the Vail bus service which we found convenient. Would recommend this nice place to any family member or friend for a pleasant stay in East Vail. We found it to be clean, well decorated and stocked with the amenities one would need. Thank you.

President's Day Weekend Get-Away
Perfect size and location for two families over President's Day weekend. Short walking distance to bus stop as well as Vail Racquet Club restaurant and facilities (we had to pay extra to use the pool and hot tub). Large windows and terrific view of the creek. Super clean spacious three bedroom townhouse. The owner was extremely friendly and very helpful. We would happily stay here again - perhaps on a different weekend though when rates in Vail for that weekend are not so steep.

Great townhouse in East Vale that is next to the free shuttle
We had a great time using this townhouse in East Vail, it's a short 5-10 minute bus ride to Vail Village and the townhouse community is next to the free shuttle. It was very clean, well kept and comfortable place that backs up to a small creek. We highly reccemmend this townhouse!! Thanks H!

Great Ski Lodge
Wonderful place with plenty of room to spread out after a long day of skiing. Lots of small details are taken care of - humidifiers, moisturizer, and nice wine glasses. Condo is in excellent condition and beds are extremely comfortable. Owner is very responsive and went out of his way to help provide local advice even during our stay.

Perfect place for our vacation!
We stayed at this townhouse as a quick get-away before the frenzy of the holiday season sets in. Previously we have stayed in other units at the racquet club and this was the most comfortable and affordable we have stayed at. I was there with my husband and two daughters and every one of us found something to capture our attention. When we first entered the home we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the furniture and artwork. It made us feel like we were just arriving home. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, which was great for breakfast and lunch, as we were truly able to relax and unwind. It was also wonderful to have access to the laundry room, especially with two little ones. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the linens fresh and of excellent quality. The Wi-Fi had excellent connection speed. The amenities of the home are perfect in every way. During the afternoon and evenings we ventured into Vail and rode the free Eco-Transit bus. The bus stop was literally across the street from the unit. It was great to be able to allow both of us to have a cocktail, or two, without having to worry about who would have to drive home later. Vail Village had a lot of great shopping and some amazing restaurants. Our favorite was Pazzo's for the whole family and Terra Bistro for the two adults. Back at the racquet club the girls enjoyed the playground, swimming pool and hot tub. Often when we go to outdoor pools the temperature is too cold, but the pool was warm and allowed them to swim until they were too exhausted to swim any longer. My husband took advantage of the free Yoga classes and enjoyed a massage after, which he said was fabulous. I was able to enjoy the workout room. It is equipped with high end equipment and every type of cardio and weight lifting machine one could ever need. After working out I used the sauna and steam room and both were the perfect treat after an intense work out. Our favorite part of the home itself was the fact it was right next to Gore Creek. We were able to enjoy the view and walk alongside the river each morning with a cup of coffee in hand. There is a bench right next to the river where we were able to relax and watch the girls as they ran through the open field. We are going to continue to come to this townhome for future visits and have already booked our next visit!

I've spent my last 30 years recreating in Vail and the Rocky Mountains. I bought this townhouse as I love Vail valley and wanted a great place to spend my weekends and holidays. I feel so fortunate to share this wonderful spot with family, friends and other guests.

Why they chose this property

I bought this townhouse in East Vail because of the beauty of its surroundings, family friendly environment with the ever popular Big Horn park, pond, its close proximity to 5-6 world class ski resorts (Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin). It is quiet and easily accessible from my home in Denver. The Racquet Club features a gym, outdoor heated pool, hot tubs and a restaurant. For groceries, stop by Sim’s Market which is less than a mile away or drive 10 minutes to West Vail for a wider selection. The gorgeous free bus ride to Vail Village typically takes 15 minutes. This property affords unlimited summer and winter activities for me and my guests.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is one of few town homes in the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort with a creek-front location that you can walk to from the lower level bedrooms and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and waterfalls. I've also expanded the dining room to accommodate larger groups/families...and sunshine. Hiking, cycling, mtn biking, fly fishing, and snowshoeing are accessible right out of our front door. I am a 2-minute walk to the fitness center and restaurant, the park and the lake...and the bus stop with service direct to the ski slopes, Vail Village and the rest of the Vail Valley. It's a 5-mile bike ride West into Vail Village on the dedicated bike path paralleling the Gore Creek and Vail Golf Course along the way.
