About this property

We invite you to stay at our family beach home. We have given our home the name Latitude Adjustment for many reasons. Most notably staying at the beach has always been a way for us to reconnect as a family and forget all of the outside stress.

***If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee will be included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add a second dog please contact us.***

Guests will enjoy 4 separate bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in our large three story town home. The bedrooms feature (2) Kings, (3) queens, (2) Twins. Comfortably sleeping 10 adults. Creekside community offers a wonderful pool and small boat ramp for all your water activities, when you aren't hitting the beach.

We are conveniently located 2 miles from Bethany Boardwalk and close enough to walk to amenities including (2) grocery stores, Starbucks, Fractured Prune, Hooked Up, Fox Pizza, Bonkeys Ice Cream, and Banks Liquor store.

We have recently upgraded many items in our house including brand new appliances throughout the house, high end cookware, 55" 4K Smart TV featuring DirecTV, and a large dinning table to seat all your friends and family.

After many years of vacationing at the shore in Delaware we have come to love the unique amenities of Bethany Beach. Come stay and find out for yourself.

Nice place at the beach

Twelve of us spent the week together and enjoyed the home, community, pool, and amenities. The kitchen was stocked, the house was clean, and had ample space for 3 families. It was a great time and we would stay here again.

Great Vacation!

We had a great family vacation - property was close to Bethany and Rehoboth beaches and within walking distance to the grocery store and other spots. The pool was a great option for non-beach days and we had lots of room to spread out in the house. Thank you!

Wonderful family getaway

This was a wonderful property for our family. It was able to accommodate our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The first floor teen room was great for the kids. They got to spend great quality time with each other. It was very clean and the kitchen equipped to cook at home.

Great family vacation

The townhouse was very clean. There were 10 of us and the open design gave us plenty of room. We did not feel crowded at all. The lower level bedroom was absolutely fantastic for the kids. They loved having their own bedroom and at the same time being together. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Game room was a plus. Totally recommend. Would stay again!

Friends Getaway

The townhouse itself was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 7 kids. Kids LOVED the downstairs bedroom. Everything was very clean and kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for making meals. The owner was great too and helpful with reminders of when to get the trash out. The o Lu downside was the location. We typically go to Seashore state park so the drive was a little further than we would’ve liked and traffic seemed backed up all the time. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Labor Day

The townhouse was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of five, with everything we needed (as advertised). The property is dog friendly and the community was great for walking my dog! They even have puppy waste stations which makes it very convenient to clean up after your pet. The pool was very clean and in close proximity to the townhouse. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond for scheduling and check-in purposes. Only downside for me, which is no reflection on the property owner, was that I picked the week of Labor Day to travel as opposed to the week of Columbus Day (like I normally do). Traffic was more hectic than I was used to and there was emergency response alarms going off constantly in the area. The upside for me was the warmer weather and the opportunity to make more use of the beach and the pool. Great time overall. We love Bethany Beach, so we’ll be back!

Thanksgiving stay

The property was lovely what you see is what you get. The home was clean and plenty of space for my family. I received the code for the house the night before so check in was easy and contactless. The property had awesome neighbors who were very friendly and so were the grocery people which was located only two minutes away and right across the street there was another grocery store located next to a bar, liquor store,subway and a few other stores. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped for the thanksgiving meal I prepared for my family. There were a few chill out places. One being the main living area, another by the kitchen and another outside on the deck which has a picnic table as well as a few other end tables and chairs. The beds were extremely comfy in each and every room. I was most grateful because this home was a dog friendly house. It’s hard to find nice homes that are pet friendly. I don’t need to contact the owner for anything but I would like to thank them. This was a lovely get away for my family who has been stuck in the house due to Covid. We had to provide our own sheets, towels and wash clothes but we need this prior to check in and during these times of covid it’s best this wAy. The extra bonus were we weren’t far from the outlets so we got to do some extra shopping. Would definitely use this rental again.

11 Adults & 2 Dogs Enjoy Our Stay

We were 2 families with adult children that stayed together along with 2 small doggies. We had a great time at Matt's place! It was roomy, comfortable & clean. The kitchen was amply supplied, although I always bring my own stainless steel cookware (they provide non-stick cookware). There were plenty of plates, bowls & silverware to go around, although we had to run the dishwasher every night. Layout was nice with the bedrooms upstairs & the large room on the ground level for all the young adults to hang out & sleep together. Plenty of TVs for everyone. Beds were comfortable & nice blinds throughout the house, if you like it dark when you sleep. Living areas were nice & spacious when we all wanted to hang together. Matt was great at communicating about any questions or concerns & was very prompt at responding. Garage had plenty of room for storing our 11 bikes! Neighborhood was nice & quiet. We were not able to use the pool because of Covid-19, so can't say anything about that. We enjoyed seafood at Steamers & Charlie K's BBQ was excellent, both carry out & right down the street & ate at beach house. We always enjoy breakfast at Ocean View & Susan's is a great consignment shop right behind them for the ladies in your group! We would highly recommend & would stay there again, but hopefully this whole Covid nightmare will be gone the next time we visit, as it did put a damper on us not doing more. Thanks Matt! Some suggestions, you need to bring your own toilet paper, dish detergent, soap dispensers for bathroom sinks, dishwashing detergent & laundry detergent, as they are not supplied. Also in addition to your own bedsheets, you need to bring blankets & comforters as well during this Covid epidemic.

Awesome stay at the Latitude Adjustment

Perfect! The property is well maintained and the owner was excellent communicating all important/ relevant information timely and accurately This is our 2nd annual trip and it easily holds our family of 6 adults and 3 kids Minutes away from Bethany beach and the Stateparks as well as lots of restaurants/ bars and grocery stores (Salted rim/ Off the hook/unhooked/ Amato were some of our favs)

Delightful Beach Vacation

Home was very accommodating for 8 adults and 5 children. The home was located near a couple of beaches, Bethany, Fenwick Island, Dewey and Rehoboth so you had your choices depending on what you wanted to do. Plenty of things there to do. Rooms were spacious enough for families to spread out, plenty of games there and DVD's for families to take advantage of it they needed it, but we had a beautiful weather week so indoor things were not needed. Appliances worked great and pantry was a nice plus as well as the pool was perfect to take advantage of also. Only thing missing was the fridge in the garage which would have been helpful, but most have recently been removed because it was in the writeup. 3 1/2 bathrooms was a dream. Loved the area.

Our community offers a wonderful pool and small boat ramp for access to Whites Creek. We also enjoy the fact that we can walk to many of our favorite restaurants and shopping experiences and avoid the summer traffic.
